Even the Universes' Gods are Appalled?! The Lose-and-Perish Tournament of Power
Before we head to UA, let's take a closer look at Madoka's family and see what happens when one of them receives a call. On the streets of Kailua, Isurugi was returning home from work. His job was in fixing and modifying plane engines so that they would work properly. On his way home, he grabbed chocolates and roses for his wife, Haneda Miyuki. As he returned home, he ran into Goodman Incorporated, where Mr. Goodman runs the biggest enterprise in the world.

*Giggling* Miyuki is going to love these. And since I'm getting a special surprise from her, I need to get her something bigger.

Isurugi fell to the ground, sobbing over the loss of the things he worked hard for. Having no money for their Valentine's Day date, he decided to go alone to the Wai'ale Falls and just wait it out until Valentine's Day was over. He sat on a ledge until he felt a warm stream of light hit his face. That's when he knew he was being called.

One of the Seraphims fly to Kīlauea and grabbed a piece of hot coal from the volcano with a pair of tongs given to him and pressed it against Isurugi's lips.

The angel flew back into his position next to the other Seraphims and watched as the Queen of God came down and talked with Isurugi.

Aleena disappears into thin air as she floats up into the sky into heaven. Isurugi now has a job that needs to be completed. Before he got up, he heard another voice that echoed down.

They all walked through the Palace until they met up with warriors from the ninth. The aura from them was intimidating, and it was really off-putting, this puts Iida, Midoriya, and Todoroki intimidated by these three.

They followed the Grand Minister inside, and when they reached the arena, God had made, it was the exact same length, width, and height of the UA fighting arena they had at school, but, the spectators seating was completely different from the ones back at UA. There, everyone was floating and placed inside the spectators seats. Warriors from the ninth and seventh were ready.

But, even though the Seraphims hasn't seen a martial arts competition, for they are the Lord's creations, He asked me to arrange this for them, our Grand Expo. Hail the Lord of Hosts.
A blinding light appears before them, and in that light coming down to see the pre-fight fights were Queen Aleena at the left-hand side, Jesus Christ at the right-hand side, and on the throne was God. The two Grand Zenos held the hands of both Jesus and Queen Aleena.

Because that red werewolf on the battlefield down there has kicking abilities, and I think his fighting style makes himself at a disadvantage of using his feet instead of his hands.

With your freezing quirk, you can end the fight quickly if you want. But since we're doing this until the two Omni Kings sitting in Aleena's and God's laps are satisfied.
Tenya Iida
I get it. Fighting on ice will make you slip twice.
Shoto Todoroki

Todoroki meets Basil down on the floor where they are square to fight against each other.
Grand Minister
Now then, let the battle commence.
Basil comes in, and Todoroki watches his movements. He creates an ice barrier to block, but Basil broke through. Todoroki dodged by surfing on his ice and using his flames as propulsion.
Todoroki gets behind Basil and freezes one of his paws in place. Basil breaks the ice on his foot by slamming it to the ground. Todoroki gets kicked by Basil I to the air and with a series of Melee kicks, Basil slams Todoroki to the ground.
Shoto Todoroki
(Damn it! This guy is really good at using his feet. Sacrificing the use of his hands, I think this isn't the first fight he won.)
Basil
What's wrong, Ice Box? Getting heated by my kicks? Man, beating you is so easy. I don't even have to break a sweat.
Supreme Kai
*Shocked* There's no way! He was strong enough to go against his older brother. How could he have been defeated that easily?
Izuku Midoriya
Todoroki may be down, but he isn't out. He may have a plan based on his opponents movements and what style he uses in his fights.

Basil runs up to Todoroki and kicks him into the air again. Using the series of Melee kicks over and over again, Todoroki gets slammed down to the platform floor. He couldn't even stand a chance. Basil lands and watches as the dust reveals a child motionless.
Izuku Midoriya
*Worried* Todoroki!
Tenya Iida
*Stunned* Todoroki, it can't end like this.
Roh
Hey kids, why don't you give up and go home to your mommies? They're probably worried sick about you not being able to have you little bottle.
Basil
It's over. *Walks over to Todoroki but then slips* What the?
