Aaron and Simon entered the meeting room and sat in their places and started discussing work. After 5 min Emily and Lisa(Emily's manager) entered the meeting room. They all waited for the president and CEO.
At sharp 11 the president Mr. Louis and the CEO Mr.Liam entered the room along with their secretaries. They all showed respect and greeted the directors. They all settled down in their places and meeting starts.
Simon started explaining the plans for the fan meeting. They discussed how many tickets are sold, is the chosen venue is right for commencing a fan meet, actors safety procedures, what they will do in the fan meet etc....,
After hearing all the details and information they are relieved that everything is planned according to the perception.
