Carving Their Way Up

The three new gangs had their badges that resembled that they belong to their respective hoods. Even the citizens had badges. The Blue-Licker gang had a square badge with BL written over the carved image of a wolf. The Hil-Pope gang had an oval-shaped badge with HPG written over the carved image of a war robot. The Sluggers had a pentagon-shaped badge with SLG written over the carved image of a bear drinking beer. The citizens' badges were simple with no stars. The badges of gang members had stars. The gold star meant that the person is the head, the silver star indicates that it's second in command after the head. Then the bronze star for the captains of the gangs, the captains were the people who were in charge of maintaining a particular part in the district of their respective hood, then comes copper star badge which means vice-captains of every district then comes iron star which means the common non ranked gang members.

Each badge had the name of the person carved on the back. And it was implemented that if anyone loses their badge the gang will not issue them another badge and the person will have to die to be it a citizen or the head of the gang. The head has authority to appoint a minimum of one to a maximum of three vice heads for the gang. The vice heads had authority to appoint a maximum of ten captains overall. Each captain can appoint anyone vice-captain, and the vice-captain was assigned to give tasks to the non-ranked gang members to carry out orders. The members of the gang will receive payment from vice-captain only but the payment of vice-captain will be given by the captain. Each gang has allotted different rates and targets for their respective gangs.

The Blue-Licker gang had fixed worth twenty-five per cent of their total income to be used as the salary that would be given to their subordinates. For example, if a captain of Blue-Licker gang has made twenty crores in his business then he will use only five crores as the salary that he will give to his subordinates. How he would give the salaries will solely depend on the captain but he must ensure that there is no fight over money among his subordinates. This was the procedure of Blue-Licker gang. But each gang has its own set of rules.

The Hil-Pope gang was the one who excelled in the field of technology so they fixed twenty per cent of their income should be used on salaries while the remaining eighty per cent will be used in researching newer technologies to upgrade their fortress. The process of distributing the salaries was the same in all the gangs but the rates differed.

The Sluggers used thirty-five per cent on giving salaries and the rest they used on improving themselves using power-enhancing drugs which they created themselves from the money they got from the business.

The Hell-Hound gang was busy doing their work so much that they neglected the uprising of the three new gangs. They thought that they(The three gangs) possessed less number of men which wasn't that much of threat as they can easily butcher those three gangs because they had greater manpower. The Hell-Hound gang followed 'the more the better' policy, so they didn't focus on the new uprising gangs.

The newly created gangs focussed on helping the citizens so that the citizens would assist them in growing up and making a force against the Hell-Hound gang. The Blue-Licker gang basically tutored the citizen's self-defence against other gangs but they would charge for tutoring them depending upon the income of the family. The Hil-Pope gang provided technological support to their citizens like giving them defences for their houses like sentry guns, hidden cameras, laser traps, laser alarms etc. Each thing provided by the Hil-Pope gang were very expensive but also very good in quality for defending anyone's house. The best thing about them was that the citizens can take the defences for rent or they could buy it depending upon their income. The Sluggers provided henchmen on hire which would act as the bodyguards for the citizens who would hire them.

The citizens became happy to see that their city is rebuilt into a better place to live in by the new gangs. Crimes were at a peak during that time but the citizens gradually adapted to this kind of life and soon they also went into fights for no reason. Many families merged into one as the crime of rape was also prevalent in that area, so those who were raped and those who raped, their families will be living under the same roof. If the criminal isn't agreeing to marry the victim then the society has full authority to give any sort of punishment, for example, killing him by pelting stones on the culprit or burning him to ash in a public place or cutting off his **** and letting him live so that he may never rape again. The gang members wouldn't interfere in this unless the crime is related to drugs or selling of arms to the rival gangs. Any sort of crime can be dealt with in society by its citizens.

1 Year Later

The gangs started to organize their business dealing amongst themselves the various illegal substances - drugs like Ice/Crystal Meth, Heroin, Ecstasy etc, human trafficking, selling body parts for high prices. The gangs dealt with all these kinds of things they would sell and buy all these within their domain but would never touch any person men or women who in their hood, any citizen who has the badge of the respective hood they live won't be harmed in any way possible. The gang members were allowed to capture and trade a human flesh if that human doesn't belong to their own hood.

The Blue-Licker gang dealt in Human Trafficking, the Hil-Pope gang dealt in arms and while the Sluggers dealt in drugs. They controlled the monopoly of their respective hoods and would also trade among themselves.

The Blue-Licker gang was the smartest gang among the three so by using the strategies they took over many new cities either by bribing or by forcing them into submission. They started to become the second strongest gang in the country with a total of eight thousand men under them while the Hell-Hound gang had over fifty thousand gang members. The Hil-Pope gang had five thousand gang members while the Sluggers had four thousand and five hundred gang members.

The Hell-Hound gang was the country's core of illegal activities with Helcomepar city as it's capital. They directed the trade of all the activities within the country Kingador, without their consent no trade was possible but the newly created gangs were trading different drugs, weapons and also human trafficking without the Hell-Hound gang having any knowledge of the deals.

A Year Later

The three gangs have now made a significant amount of progress in making themselves known to the country while the Hell-Hound gang were still neglecting those three gangs because they were so engrossed in their own work that they didn't get any proper time to deal with them. They kept focussing on how to extort more money from the civilians. They were planning to make the citizens work day and night in the diamond mines or using them to ship the raw oil from the seas.

Many civilians were tired of this ill-treatment done towards them by the Hell-Hound gang but they were unable to do anything because certain gang members of Hell-Hound imprisoned the someone precious of the civilians with them due to which the civilians were forced to do whatever Hell-Hound commanded them even if it was to rape their own family members they would have to do in order to live because they would die if they don't follow the instructions given to them by the Hell-Hound gang.

The civilians living under the Hell-Hound gang were nothing more than a puppet. They couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, couldn't do anything without having permission with the Hell-Hound gang, all of them were forced into something or the other by the gang. Sam had made clear that the civilian will be given food two times a week and the rest of the time they would either work in a diamond mine or shipping raw oil from the sea.

The three new gangs now started to assemble their ten thousand members each and started to form an alliance to overthrow the Hell-Hound gang the alliance was called it New Gang Alliance. Each gang member knew exactly what they have to do, so they shared the equipment and ideas equally. Every gang member took strength enhancing pills from the Slugger gang, the advanced stealth, the bulletproof and soundproof suit that was made by the Hil-Pope gang. They all started to practice themselves to get acquainted with the equipment they received.
