Visiting The City

Adler's assistant was waiting for him at the entrance of the hotel gate, when he saw Adler, he greeted him and opened the car gate for him.

" Increase the workload of Ruben" Adler said to the assistant, the assistant nodded and went to the driver seat and drove to the SZ Corporation.

In a large meeting room, all the board members were present as they don't want to miss this chance to get closer to Adler. When Adler entered the meeting room, Mr. Gabel [The same man Adler was having drinks with, mentioned in chapter 1] stood up to greet him, then they both sat on their respective seats before they started discussing about their new project.

City M is a beautiful city, it is a perfect blend of history and modern culture. City M was build around 14th century so there are many historic sites as well as modern places to visit. As an Art lover this was like a feast for Mia, she booked a car from the hotel and went to visit the city. She first went to visit some famous historical places, government preserved these places very well. Historical places tell you the story of ancient time, these places are the eyewitness of the growth of any city or country, after watching these amazing places Mia went to visit some churches and monuments, then she went to see some museum.The locals were very polite and kind so it was really a great experience for Mia.

It was past lunchtime when she finished visiting these places so she was very hungry. Mia decided to have local speciality so she went to a famous local restaurant. The restaurant wasn't very big but it was spacious enough, there were some hut like rooms as well as open tables and it gave you a relaxing vibe as it was situated at the sea shore. She can tell that it's business is very good as it is still full even after lunchtime, luckily she got a small hut like room for her, When the food was served Mia ate like a hungry wolf. After having her food Mia felt a little tired and it was almost evening time, so she decided to have a stroll along the beach. When she was strolling at the beach she got a call from Eric.

" Hi my baby, where are you now?" Eric asked.

" I'm having a stroll at the beach." Mia replied.

" Baby what's your plan for tonight?" Eric asked again.

" What is it?" Mia asked, she can tell from the sweet tone of Eric that he is up to something.

" Baby my work is done and my client was very happy so he invited me for dinner." Eric said.

"Hmm." Mia hummed, sounding less interested. Now she got it, he wanted her to accompany him for dinner. Then she added " You don't have to report it to me, you can go anywhere you want, just remember we have a flight early in the morning."

Eric hurriedly added " No baby, I want to ask you if you can accompany me tonight, please."

Just as she guessed, " I don't want to" Mia directly declined.
