JAE JOON pov*

I was speechless...

Everything I could hear people naming a price & it only digusted me. The only thought in my mind was to take her and it was only possible if i buy her.

I am going to take you with me. You can't be someone else's.

I then started participating in that auction,

"$20 million" i said, "$25 million" the other one told, i was like *are you serious?* and kept on a stern face and smirked as i knew no one else is richer than me here.

...It started to get on my nerves and i named the highest price "$50 million" .

A gasp left their mouths and the auctioneer announced after being sure there isn't any more auctioning SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!

I am happy, you finally belong to me haejin, what if i couldn't abduct you, i still bought you.

THIRD PERSON pov*

Even though he was happy, it hurted him knowing haejin's state. (not about memory loss) He was hurted and disgusted by the fact that she was here!

Haejin slowly tries to open her eyes, but the bright spot light was making it hard for her, she felt herself tied up and she could hear people shouting, that's when she could open her eyes and realised she was in some kind of auction.

She was uncomfortable with the kind of dress she was being represented as.

(she never wore these kind of dresses)

She still couldn't get hold of the situation, but at least she knew that she has been sold now.

**she doesn't remember what her dad told her due to the side effects of the sedative he injected in her **

She wasn't completely conscious, and felt weak and the last thing before going back to unconscious state she remembered was "those pitch-dark eyes" which she saw in the alley.

HAE-JIN pov*

*---dream(nightmare)---*

I came home asap as my dad wanted to tell me something, when i returned home he told me,

Dad : "I'm not you dad, i just wanted you for money." *with a cold tune *

Me: "w-what? d-dad plea..se.. don't say this in an angry state, it's ok you can so-sober up tomorrow morning and tell me what you wanted to say to-today"

Dad : "stfu bitch, be grateful i found in water or you would've been dead" *slaps her*

*bending down to her level*

" And now listen to me carefully, i've got a bigger deal of $40million to sell you at an auction so better get ready and don't spoil anything."

Me : ...

I couldn't say anything, i felt numb, i started to rebel saying that i wouldn't go anywhere, I was a crying mess and then i felt a sharp pain on my neck and the last word i heard before everything black out was....

....."you should've been more obedient, then it was not being necessary for me to make you unconscious!"

Suddenly, i get up and looked around me and saw an unfamiliar room. When I face-palmed I realised my eyes being wet, and the realization hit me about my conversation with my dad.... "I couldn't believe it, i understand that he hates me but how could he just disown me and what? he s-sold me for mo-money?..."

*she broke down & the room was filled with her sobs & screamings.*

JAE JOON pov*

I saw her fainting at the auction, and it didn't take me more than a minute to take her away from there,I then brought her to my mansion and asked the maid to change her attire. I slept beside her at a distance and admirred her, she is finally here, if this is a dream i don't wish to get up. Then i noticed tears rolling down her eyes, she was crying is she having a nightmare? wait till the moment i disclose and expose this act of yours, I just turned the other way & doze off,

The next morning I got up early and went out of the room. I returned to the room with a tray of breakfast. "Look what are you making me do, The all-mighty mafia is serving breakfast to a girl" I said to myself and was about to enter...

I heard her crying again, so i just stood by and leaned onto the door, I could hear her sobs and screamings. Does she hate me this much that she doesn't even want to stay here?

THIRD PERSON pov*

Little did he knew that she was in a fragile state not because she hates him, infact she doesn't even know him now but he thinks that she is putting an act of not recognizing him.

And the reason she was crying was a beast disguised as "dad".

JAE JOON pov*

I was so done with this, enough is enough I thought and barged into the room, the moment her eyes met mine, it clearly showed confusion & scare...Don't look at with with that look in your eyes haejin-ah it breaks my heart.

I then went beside her & placed the tray near her. "Eat it." I told her, she just shakes her head in a negative way and moves backward,

I sigh out of frustation and told, "You better eat this or i have many ways to make you eat this and am sure you won't like those ways of mine" I smirked.
