...You must be wondering why I don't run? But if I run it will be worse. What could I, an (omega) without a wolf, do against an uncontrolled Alpha, leader of a pack? So, very scared, I asked how I could help, Sir? I asked looking at the floor, and without a word the whisky bottle passed buzzing by my ear. I waver and can't help but tremble. He advances and grabs me by the neck with both hands. I feel tears welling up in my eyes as the lack of oxygen blurred my vision...

...Desperately, I grab his hands trying to escape, but it's useless. He raises me by the neck, leaving me at the height of his face. His eyes were black, indicating that his wolf Dylan was on the surface. His breath reeked of booze and his face was red with hatred....

...I start to gag and suffocate from the lack of oxygen. He throws me to the other side of the room, and my body hits the wall. I fall on my back onto the bed. I feel the shards of glass cutting me deeper as he pulls me up, and gives me a slap with all his strength before throwing me on the floor. He kicks me and steps again and again. The pieces of glass go deeper and deeper into my back. I taste the metallic taste of blood in my mouth and much pain all over my body, and so I pass out....

...When I wake up, I feel that I am on a soft mattress. My eyes are heavy. With effort, I manage to open them and see that I am in the pack's hospital. I wonder in my thoughts how I got here? The last thing I remember is the Alpha beating me until I lost consciousness. One thing I know, I shouldn't be here receiving care. Oh yes! I will be punished. With great effort, I manage to stand up and drag myself, leaning on the walls to be able to return to the pack house....
