Episode 2

Now, the current Duke of Tianshi, Duke Tianshi Xu’s youngest child and only son Tianshi Yuan is having his awakening ceremony on the sacred grounds of Tianshi’s. This pillar measures the level of power once a martial soul is awakened, with level 10 being the highest meaning it can already have its first ring.

Yuan Zi does what his father said and puts his hand on the pillar, then pillar lights up to the max, this again shocked the grand elders and Duke Tianshi. This son is more genius than the first ancestor, the family records said the first ancestor only have level 8 of power.

Yuan Zi’s mother Ling Yue and her sisters Hou and Bing cried out loud after hearing the news. Yuan Zi was doted by her mother and sisters since he was a miracle baby. Ling Yue is only an ordinary human meaning it is already hard to give birth at a specific age, Ling Yue was already 40 when she gave birth to Yuan Zi while she was only 19 to Hou and 20 to Bing.

Yuan Zi’s family mourn for him for a whole month but those months are his preparation to travel to Heaven Continent.

The day of announcement of his death is also the day that he left for Heaven Continent. It takes 2 weeks for him to reach the Heaven Continent, when the ship landed to the pier a group of people walks towards him.

“Are you Yuan Zi?” The one in front asks, and Yuan Zi nodded as an answer then they show him the way. “We are the Knights from the Angels’s Guardian Clan, you can talk to the clan leader when we arrived if you have questions.” Then they continue to walk.

When they have arrived at the manor of Angel’s Guard clan, the knights showed the way to the clan leader, Tiandou Li and they have a chat in there. Although Yuan Zi is still young the clan leader explains some of the details why the first ancestor declared him dead on his awakening day.

Leader Li only explains a part of what Angel Spirit Master had told their ancestor who lived in the same era as him. Since Yuan Zi awakened the Angel martial soul at the 10th level, meaning Yuan Zi will be more prominent figure than him, Leader Li did not explain things further as it will lead to much more information that cannot handle by a 5-year-old child.

After their chat, Leader Li showed him to the heaven forest that was founded by Angel Spirit Master and task the ancestors of Leader Li to guard the forest and named it Heaven Forest. The Heaven Forest is almost like a paradise. Like other forests in the planet, soul beast and soul plants also live in there but they are not as ferocious as those on the other forests.

In addition to this, the soul beasts and soul plants here can cultivate much faster, living only for one year adds a hundred years in their cultivation that is why many of them are much stronger.

When they have arrived at the heart of the forest, Leader Li said his goodbyes knowing what will happen next. Yuan Zi also bid his goodbyes then he sat down and his storage ring light up. The storage ring brought out a shining gold and silver lance.

In the Tianshi family, it became a custom for the family members to absorb a weapon’s soul as their first ring. Yuan Zi starts to absorb the soul of the weapon. The long sword’s age already passed the 500th year, in addition to the weapon’s age it can increase its age by absorbing souls of another weapon.
