TAEYEON'S POV

I reached the bus station and took a bus. My mind was completely preoccupied with what I saw before.

I can't afford to have my stepbrother as my CEO!! ugh!! This is soo frustrating.

Why didn't I know this before? I've been working Under Lee corporation for nearly 2 years now and yet, it didn't even strike to me that Miss Lee might actually be the Founder of it.....

It's because Lee gon took all the initiative to make Lee corporation as one of the top companies so Miss lee was never brought to the public.

I feel like such a fool. If I would have known it before, I would have atleast tried to get myself ready to face the fact. Now it is just too overbearing for me.

I got off the bus with a smile on my face. Coming here is the only thing which makes me happy. This is my home...

LEE GON'S POV

I took my leave from them and started walking towards my car.

Her face kept appearing in front of me. I entered the car and sat there for a solid minute to get the facts straight.

It's her right? It ain't somebody else. It must be her....Or am I just hallucinating? I still can't move away from my past?

I run my hand through my hair in frustration before starting the car and riding off to the lee corporation.

TAEYEON'S POV

After spending some valuable time, I head back to Lee corporation.

I was still confused and shocked. I don't know what to do anymore. Should I just ask him to treat me like his other employees?

Oh wait! I don't know whether he is ok with their marriage. If he doesn't like their marriage, will he treat me bad and humiliate me in front of others?

Ugh this is soo frustrating. I run my hand through my silky long, brownish hair in frustration.

I reached lee corporation on time and head my way to the marketing department.

My bestie, Ruoxi ran towards me with a huge smile on her face.

"Just as always, Miss kim came on time." she said while entwining her hand with mine and giggling.

"Stop teasing me. Of course I should get here on time." I said while walking together with her to my seat.

Just then, Mr.Hyun came and stood in front of our department desk.

"Alright!! Everyone listen up!! Our CEO is coming here today to checkup with the progress. So everyone better show him what you did instead of showing him what you didn't do. Do you all understand?" He said and we shouted back, yes!

"But why is he coming here to check the progress all of a sudden? Our CEO never visits the management department" Rachel from our department said and others agreed in unison.

"How would I know? Do you want to ask him that?" Mr.hyun said with a stern expression to which, everyone looked down.

"Ok cool down now. He'll reach here within 5 mins. Keep your reports ready" Mr.hyun said and left the department.

As soon as he left, the whole department was filled with chaos.

I'm doomed!!
