Chapter 5

DANIELLE'S POV

After the incident between us, the Kings, I tried to avoid them as much. Fortunately, it went according to my wish. They didn't showed up at the class and that brought me a blissful feeling.

Hmp, on the same reason, I missed a day from the cafe. Argh! My salary..

I went to school early, trying to avoid them. Especially Jamie, for a day, I want to be peaceful. I was heading to the room when I saw lots of book scattered near the tree behind the school building. Who threw it there?

I went to that direction. My eyes were into the book when suddenly I was tripped by something. I crashed to the ground. Ow! Ow! Ow! My palm, Hu-hu! It hurts.

What the heck tripp...

My eyes widen when I saw Vincent lying there. He's sleeping. Argh!! So early in the morning, why is he sleeping here? It's so cold here. Well, I don't mind. Go sick you psycho.

Hss, my palm..

I still fixed the books and piled it next to him.

But it's cold here, should I wake him? No! No! No... After what I've done on him yesterday, I wonder what can this psycho do to me. Better leave him freeze here!

After awhile,..

Damn, why can't I just ignore that psycho! Why do I have to wrap him my jacket. Tsk. Luckily i have spare one on my locker, guess better go there already.

VINCENT'S POV

I read a lot of books but I could not sleep at all, I tried to close my eyes when suddenly something hit me, when I opened my eyes, I saw the commoner trying to blow her palms. She crashed on the ground.

On her act of turning, I immediately closed my eyes. She sighed. But I can sense her aura, I felt like she's really cursing me. It bothers me until she suddenly wrapped something to me and immediately ran away. When I opened my eyes, I saw a jacket. God! Her perfume, it will stick on me! Yuk..

But her jacket's felt warm and somehow I felt like her perfume is calming. But still, damn, I'm sleepy. I fell asleep.

When I woke up, it's already 4:30 p.m, just 30 minutes and it's already the end of the class. I fell asleep atleast 6 am, geez, this is the longest sleep I had since I am a kid.

I immediately stood up and went straight to the classroom. Everyone got startled when I suddenly opened the door, they immediately looked away to avoid my gaze. I located the commoners but she's not looking at me at all. This girl got a gut for sure. I pulled a seat next to her and she looked at me. I frowned.

"What do you want?", she said.

"This is yours, right?", I showed her the jacket. She tilted her head not showing reaction in her eyes.

"Nope", she said.

"Don't lie, it's you, I saw you.", I yelled. There, she reacted.

"Crap", she murmured.

I took her hands and squeezed it. It's time to proceed on my plan, I'll let you fall in love with me and then, I'll dump you.

"What do you think you're doing?", she said.

"Starting today, be ready. I'll be courting you", I said as I felt the gazes of the people who was at the same time silenced.

"What!", she exclaimed.

"It's true, I fell in love with you. It's love at first sight", I drew her hand and kissed it..

I saw how her eyes widen. She's surprised.

"I'll make you mine", I added.

Suddenly,.

She kicked my chair and I tumbled to the floor.

"Go find someone you can fool, you psycho!", she said. "You're so troublesome"

What! What! What!!!! This girl.... She immediately picked her things and about to leave when I grabbed her.

"Where the hell do you thing you're doing?", I asked.

She looked at me, there's some kind of flashed on her pupils! Hell, she's really wearing a contact lens..

"What are you doing? Didn't I told you not to come near Danielle!", Jamie shove my hand.

"I'm fine", she answered.

"Let's go to the infirmary", Jamie told her and she blushed.

Jamie held her hand and looked at me dreadfully. Sh*t! This guys really pissing me off.

"Let's go", he added.

He pulled her out of the room. Klay came near me.

q"Hey, dude. Where did you go? We've been looking for you?", he said.

"What! I fell asleep.", I replied. I scratched my head.

"Heck? Where?",

"At the back of the building",

"That's rare?"

"Yeah, it's really rare", I replied.

Ow!! My head hurts.

"Dude! I saw everything", he smirked.

"What everything?", I asked.

"What she did to you... Go find someone you can fool you psycho", he monotonously.

"Jerk.. Where's Mina?",

"She's been waiting for you", he replied.

"Really?", I excitedly exclaimed. "Where?",

"Canteen",

I immediately ran out.

"Hey! Wait for me!!", Klay yelled.

KLAY'S POV

Idiot. Who would really fall for your trap! God! Just hearing Mina's name, you're eyes immediately shines.

DANIELLE'S POV

In the infirmary, Jamie's applying first aid on my bruises.

"What happened to you?", he asked.

"I tripped", I replied. "Hss", I twitched.

"Does it hurt?", he panicked and immediately blown it. My eyes widen.

"I'm ..I'm..fine", I finally felt my face heating up.

"No, you're stuttering, it means it hurt", he said

"No, I'm fine, really", I smiled.

"You sure?", he slowly caressed my hair.

'Uh, I'm fine.", I replied.

He's done.

"By the way, why's your jacket with Vincent?", he looked at me,that scared me. What to do! She sees through me even if I lie.

"Oh, haha. I tripped because he's sleeping out of nowhere but that place is quite cold so I..", my eyes widen when he suddenly hugged me.

"Please be careful, I'm not always on your side.", he dug his face on my shoulder.

"Uh, I'm sorry, I didn't mind my way but I promise that I'll be careful.", I tapped his back.

"Also, please don't get involve with Vincent, he's a jerk", he added. I chuckled.

"I'm not. He's the one who kept on coming near, tsk, I hate him to the bones you know!", he broke the hug and cupped my face.

I didn't know how to respond until I noticed that his face is drawing near until our lips is about to touch suddenly..

The door slammed.

"Danny!", Cherry yelled.I immediately pushed Jamie. "Oh, did I interrupt something?",

I blushed and looked away, damn, I can't face it.

After awhile,I went to my locker room. I knew there's something that's going to happened after Jamie pulled me out of the room earlier but how did they..

A tomato sauce splashed through my face soon as I opened my locker room.

"Damn..",

I looked around and found Hannah.

"I knew it",

"Didn't I told you to stay away from Jamie?", she pushed me once again and I hit the locker.

"It hurts",

I accidentally tainted her uniform.

"You commoner..."

She was about to pulled my hair when..

"What's happening here?", Vincent held Hannah's hand.

"Vi..Vi..Vincent", she murmured.

I immediately gazed to Vincent.
