Chapter 4

Tae was now all alone in that large room. The room that fitted his ideal type. A simple room with large windows with the visible view of lush greenery. Tae appreciated flora very much. He was into plants and vegetation since young. Seeing such a scenic beauty Tae almost forgot his current situation. On realising so , Tae became pale and searched around the big room. Seeing how the room was decorated it didn't look like he was hold captive , it was almost as if he was an important and respected guest.

Tae : Why am I being treated like this. It's like this room was decorated only for me.

No matter how much I try to figure it out, I cannot. I wonder what mum and dad must be doing right now.......*lay down*.......

On the other Side

Alex : Don't treat that boy roughly boss, you know old master wouldn't like that.

JK : That old hag, out of nowhere, ordered me to take in a little kiddo and look out for him. What am I ? His babysitter or something! Why should I act like his parent!

Alex : Calm down boss, he must have a reason to do so. Why don't you ask him directly?

JK : You think I didn't tried that. I tried to ask him countless times but he says that I will know when the so called 'right time' comes. I can never understand what he means!

Alex : 'Right time'.......hmm.......just who that boy is that master worries so much about him ...

JK : I also eagerly want to know who he is. Find out his every detail possible. I want it!

Alex : Yes boss. By the way, should I invite him for dinner?

Jk : I don't know. If he wants to come then let him, if not then send the food to his room.

Alex : Got it. I will leave now

JK : Hmm...

In the room

Tae was continuously sighing and making his brain work at different situational thoughts of what was happening and what will happen to him. Even though Alex clearly told Tae to not worry about it as he would be safe here, but how can he blindly believe a Mafia's subordinate's words. Of course he had his own doubts too. The only thing he knew that he was brought here because he was the eyewitness of one of the murders committed by Howler's gang and that the person he was living with was an extremely (handsome) dangerous man. Nobody could tell what he is thinking at the moment with those deep ocean eyes, which stretch as far as Pacific and dense like the Dead Sea. Especially his words, you don't know if he is puzzling you or warning you with his thin sexy lips! Rosa pale colored as if a withered petal of rose. Last but not least is his moles that cover his face (& muscular body) like the moon.....making him even gorgeous!

Tae : (How much I want to touch him hahh.....) *bite his lips*

W......wait! What the hell am I thinking, huh?! I don't wanna do anything to him! Gosh these scandalous thoughts !!! No matter how good he looks, Tae, you cannot fall for him, Not him at least!

Tae : Who's there?

Alex : It's me..... Alex.

Tae : Coming!

*Tae opened the door*

Tae : What happened Alex?

Alex : I just came to call you for dinner. Do you want to dine in the dining hall or in your room?

Tae : Umm ........ Will someone else be present in the dinner ?

Alex : Yeah..... Boss will be there.

Tae : Uhh.... I would rather prefer eating in the room. Thanks for asking.

Alex : *Smile* You are welcome. Then, I will send your dinner in your room through servants.

Tae : Sure, Thanks.

Alex : My pleasure.

Alex took his leave and left for the office to complete his other tasks (of course which included getting out every bit of info about Tae). After a while some maid came in tae's room to deliver the food. Tae looked at the various delicacies in front of him and his most watered fast. He took and served portions of each dish in his plate and joint his hands together to pray before eating, then he started eating.

Tae : Ummm~ So delicious! So this is what a rich mafia eats every day. What a fortune to try these dishes. I will ask Alex to visit the kitchen to view the trick of the chefs myself. After all I love cooking. Furthermore, I can take some notes from them if I get a chance.

After eating his full, Tae ringed the switch with a bell sign on it. Some servants came and took away the plates and cleaned th table. When the servants were leaving, Tae stopped one of the maids in order to gather information about this place and Jk.

Tae : Hi miss, can I know your name please?

          (polite)

Merissa : I am Merissa master. You can call me Mery.

Tae : Nice meeting you Mery. I am Taehyung. You can call me Tae.

Mery : No master, we are not allowed to call any respected guests or friends of young master by their names. Not until young master orders us to.

Tae : Oh..I see. So, you must be working here for long right, you seem very familiar with the tradition here.

Mery: Yes master, I have been working here since 10. Even my mother worked here, she was the young master's nanny.

Tae : ( I assume the young master is jk ) Ooh I see. I believe you must work diligently for how brightly you talk about this household.

Mery : I have to master. After all, I and my family owes this household and their owners a lot. You know, my mother was very poor and we could barely efford food until the old master took us in from the slums. He was like a light of hope for us people. I don't know where I would have been now if it wasn't for him saving us.

Tae : I ...I see. I am sorry, I didn't meant to raise a sensitive matter. It must have been tough for you.

Mery : It was, but it's all in he past now master. Moreover, it's just gratefulness I have, no regrets or pain to be here. And to tell you a truth, I don't remember anything of the time when I was in the slums, I was just a baby back then. So I don't really care for that memory much. I started having my senses in the old master's mansion. And believe me, it's the best of memories I have. ........ Oh my god, I hope I am not talking too much. I am sorry.

Tae : No..no. It's totally fine. I am glad to know you are happy and not in slums anymore. I must be taking too much of your work time. But Mery, will stop by again to chat with me when you have time. You know, it gets lonely in an unknown place.

Merissa : Sure master! Why not. It was great to have a talk with you. Next time, I will introduce ou to my twin also. Now, I shall excuse my self.

Tae : Yea sure. *smile*. I will be waiting for you both. Bye.
