Chapter 2

Qingyuan just smiled. Hong Mei who didn't find Fang Duobing came out after him. "You guys know each other?" Hong Mei asked suspiciously. "No, but he's so handsome. Of course I should have a few words with him." Qingyuan said casually as he winked teasingly at Li Lianhua.

"Remember your position." Hong Mei said sadistically. "Come with me." Hong Mei added. The three of them walked behind. "Why do you say you don't know us?" Fang Duobing curiously asked in a low voice. "I'm investigating something, don't get in my way." Qingyuan whispered dryly.

After arriving, Fang Duobing and Li Lianhua were busy carrying out the autopsy while Qingyuan looked at Hong Mei with piercing eyes. Hong Mei didn't dare to look at Qingyuan. Qingyuan came out of the room and looked for Hulijing who was outside.

Fang Duobing and Li Lianhua finished with the autopsy and went out to look for Qingyuan. They found Qingyuan smiling while stroking Hulijing cheerfully. They approached Qingyuan.

"I have a question for you." Fang Duobing said. "Okay, let's go eat first." Qingyuan said standing up. "Where are we going?" Fang Duobing asked. "Eat after that, come with me somewhere." Obviously Qingyuan left.

The three of them ate at a noodle shop on the side of the road. Qingyuan gave Hulijing snacks to eat. After finishing, Qingyuan took them to an empty house. Li Lianhua and Fang Duobing looked suspicious of Qingyuan.

"Fang Duobing, you come with me. Li Lianhua, you go into the house first." Qingyuan said. Li Lianhua nodded after Fang Duobing took a look. Hulijing went with Fang Duobing and Qingyuan.

Qingyuan stepped on a trap to deliberately make Fang Duobing fall into a hole near the old well. Qingyuan approached the hole. "Learn diligently." Qingyuan said smiling. Qingyuan winked at Hulijing before leaving. Hulijing sat waiting for Fang Duobing at the side not far from the hole.

Fang Duobing was very angry but it didn't last long because Fang Duobing was busy with the various weapons in the hole.

"Where's Fang Duobing?" Li Lianhua asked. "Catch." Qingyuan said throwing a book at Li Lianhua.

Li Lianhua caught the book quickly. "I'm sorry. But calm down, I will help you guys." Qingyuan said then stepping on a trap made Li Lianhua fall into the pit. "The book will help you get out of the existing formation." Qingyuan said calmly.

"What do you want to do?" Li Lianhua asked. "I want revenge. You once said you don't want to go back to being Li Xiangyi. Then I will grant it, I will make you completely Li Lianhua. Li Lianhua, main owner of Light store and also Light Restaurant." Qingyuan said before leaving.

Li Lianhua opened the book Qingyuan gave him. The book contains all the possible martial techniques belonging to the Zhang family. After reading through everything, Li Lianhua saw a face at the end of the book which was the same face as his. Li Lianhua was shocked.

"I will break this formation." Li Lianhua said. Lianhua took out his sword then followed the book's instructions and managed to destroy the formation and get out of the hole. "Li Lianhua" Fang Duobing shouted looking for Li Lianhua. Hulijing ran in front of Fang Duobing "Fang Xiao Bao, I'm here." Li Lianhua said. "You're okay aren't you?" Fang Duobing asked worriedly.

"I'm fine. We have to stop him." Li Lianhua said. "Him? Why?" Fang Duobing asked annoyed. "He wants revenge." Li Lianhua said. Fang Duobing's eyes widened. The two arrived at Zeng's Mansion.

Zeng's Mansion is full of corpses. Qingyuan half knelt down with his hand holding his sword that was stuck in the ground. Qingyuan laughed. "What are you laughing at? I won." Hong Mei taunts.

"You thought I would let you die easily. In your dreams." Qingyuan said standing breathlessly. Hong Mei suddenly fell to her knees in pain. "Does it hurt a lot? The poison you gave me is already in your body. How do you feel?" Qingyuan asked flatly.

A sword pierced Qingyuan's stomach. Qingyuan didn't dodge instead grabbed his assailant's neck. "You killed Zeng Bo, your father isn't? You follow your mother's surname very well. I can kill you directly." Qingyuan said flatly.

Hong Li whose neck was grabbed by Qingyuan lost her breath even more. "Stop!" Fang Duobing said. Qingyuan threw Hong Li's body against the wall before Qingyuan locked onto Hong Li's point of motion.

"Drink the medicine that is by the door before entering." Qingyuan warned before Fang Duobing barged in. "Listen to him." Li Lianhua said. The two saw a bottle by the hidden door and drank it before entering.

Qingyuan fell to his knees and put away his sword. His eyes didn't see clearly. Qingyuan could still see Li Lianhua heading towards him. "Don't touch me. My body is full of poison." Obviously Qingyuan.

Li Lianhua paused for a moment. Fang Duobing looked at Hong Mei's state. "They poison you." Li Lianhua said. "Right is also wrong." Qingyuan said flatly. Qingyuan stood up but he swayed but he was caught by someone.

"Di Mengzhu, what are you doing here?" Fang Duobing asked. "Baichuan Court is coming, you and him must not be seen. Let's go, Li Lianhua." Di Feisheng said. "Are you Zhang Mengzhu?" asked Hong Mei who was in pain.

"No way, I sent the soup myself. You should have died and been buried." Hong Mei shouted in disbelief. "You think you can kill him with your dirty tricks. He knows and doesn't drink your soup." Qingyuan said flatly.

"Di Mengzhu, you let me go. You will be exposed to a dangerous poison." Qingyuan added. "I've been taking preventative medicine. Someone wants to see you." Di Feisheng said lifting Qingyuan by his shoulders and leaving. Li Lianhua followed Di Feisheng.

Fang Duobing stared at the two main female offenders silently. Not long after, Shi Shui arrived. Fang Duobing explained everything to Shi Shui before heading out. Hulijing was waiting for him outside. "Hulijing, let's go. We'll go find your master." Fang Duobing said.

The two of them went to look for Li Lianhua. Fang Duobing was surprised that in front of him was Lian Hua Lou. "What is it?" Li Lianhua asked seemingly just back. "You should take a shower and change your clothes. There is poison gas where we entered." Obviously Li Lianhua.

"Why is Lian Hua Lou here?" Fang Duobing asked in surprise. "Don't worry, no one will know he is Li Xiangyi." Di Feisheng said. "Why are you so sure?" Fang Duobing asked confusedly.

Zhang Han looked back at the hairpin. The hairpin is indeed his family's treasure only the successors of his family are worthy of wearing it and also if their leader dies then the hairpin will be given to the person they trust the most before giving it to the next successor.

Zhang Han once asked Hong Mei but she didn't know. But Qingyuan knew the meaning of the Zhang family who were his father's real confidants.

“Aaarrggggghhhh” a heartbreaking scream came from Zhang Han's mouth. Fang Duobing was forced to go send Zhang Han to Shi Shui. In the afternoon Fang Duobing just came back from a distance to find that Li Lianhua was cooking but there was no sign of Di Feisheng and Yao Mo.

Qingyuan sat on the terrace of Lian Hua Lou leaning against the door asleep. Hulijing also fell asleep beside Qingyuan. "I'm back." Fang Duobing said smiling and running back to Lian Hua Lou.
