Ch. 5 // Treat

As soon as they entered the elevator, Taehyung immediately hugged Ensa in excitement and almost jumping . Ensa kinda got startled but hugged him back.

“ OMG Ensieeee!! I am so happy.... just a week ago you were thinking to resign for money and today you got promoted straight to the Ceo's assistant post. Congratulations!! " he exclaimed.

Ensa laughed ” I think I got some luck but I'll die if you don't leave me. “ she said.

He let go of her ” since it's your promotion you gotta treat me. “ he demanded.

She rolled her eyes ” I was going to pay for today's dinner anyway. How can I not share this news with my best friend “

He hung his arm around her shoulder ” of Course. Well it's kinda surprising how you suddenly got promoted but whatever. “ he said.

Ensa's big smile shrunk at his words but she tried to keep it. Taehyung doesn't know what actually happened, she couldn't make herself to tell him. What will he think of her? She's a h*e.

The elevator opened and they left it, heading for the parking lot. They got into Taehyung's car and he drove off to their usual restaurant where they have dinner daily, together.

They got in ” Welcome Ensa, welcome Taehyung “ the middle aged lady at the entrance greeted them as they are their regular customers.

” Thank you Aunty! How's Joonyong “ Ensa asked smiling.

” He's doing good. He said he would come to meet you someday. “ the lady replied.

” Ah! He must be so busy with his university and assignments. Tell him to focus on his studies, he can meet us anytime. “ Taehyung stated.

The lady chuckled ” yeah. Well go ahead and take your seats, I'll bring your dinner. The usual? "

“ Ah no! I'll be ordering a lot today. You know Ensa got promoted and she's treating me. ” Taehyung exclaimed.

“ Yaah! That's not fair. I'm so broke ” Ensa fake cried.

The lady laughed at their drama “ Congratulations Ensa ssi. ”

They smiled at the lady and headed to take their seats. “ OK tae, go on and order everything you want. ” she offered.

Taehyung laughed “ I'm gonna do it anyway ”

They ordered their food and the lady asked them to wait till she brings it. Taehyung was going through his social media, showing Ensa some memes every now and then.

Ensa's mind was stuck with what she did in the morning. She was still contemplating if she did the right thing. How she is willing to tell Taehyung and ask him if she's walking the right way.

Even he told her that he had s*x with someone last night. He didn't think she would judge him so she too shouldn't. They have known each other for years and they know what their hearts are like.

The lady brought their orders and placed it on the table “ Enjoy! " she chimed to which they smiled.

” Tae “ Ensa called and he hummed while serving for himself. ” I want to tell you something “she said.

” go ahead “ he stated ready to dig in.

” I agreed to be Mr Jeon's s*x buddy “

Taehyung choked on the first bite of his food as soon as he heard that and started coughing, hitting his chest. Ensa gasped and immediately offered him some water, patting and rubbing his back to calm him.

” Explain me “ he almost shouted in shock as soon as he calmed.

She sat, fidgeting her fingers and looking down before she told him everything that happened this morning. ” and so I agreed “ she finished.

Taehyung had his mouth parted after what he heard ” I can't believe this. You saw his ding dong? “

Ensa immediately covered his mouth with her hands ” shhh! What are you doing. We're in public “ she hissed.

He freed his mouth from her ” oh-ok I'm sorry but this is actually insane. Is he a fvckboy? "he asked in whisper.

“ Probably, if he has been doing this with all his assistants, since past two years. ” she replied.

“ hmm.... Well he's hot so I can't say anything about him fvcking. ” he shrugged.

“ But tae I wanted to ask you, if I did right? I don't know. I feel like I'm being a h*e. Is it right for me to have a s*xual relationship with someone ?" she asked in a low tone.

Taehyung pursed his lips ” You do like him, like, like like him right? You agreed not just because of your stupid dream right? “ he asked.

” No... No I mean...yeah.... Uh... No... I.. I don't know “ she whined.

” That is it Ensie . You know it. I have known you since childhood, if it was just for money you wouldn't agree. And the way you talk about him since you first saw him, says a lot. “ he told her.

” Even if it is that I like him. Is it right? Coz for him it's just a contract . “ she asked.

” Listen, it's not the conclusion that he is not into you , you can make him fall. If you do it for love, it's nothing wrong. Besides its your body, no one else, not even your parents have the rights to judge you. It depends on you what you want to do. So it's alright “ he cheered her up.

She seemed to be thinking ”look baby, I know how much you are scared to lose a loved one. I advise you to go for it, as a male friend of yours it's kinda weird but I support you. And no matter what, Taehyung is always here for you “ he encouraged.

She smiled at him ” Thank you so much tae. I love you so much “ she cooed.

” I don't want your love just buy me an ice cream after meal “ he joked.

She laughed ” how much you gonna eat? "

“ I have multiple stomachs for different food each ” he stated.

Suddenly Ensa mobile dinged with a notification message and both of them looked at it on the table. It was a text from Hoseok.

“ Oh are you talking to him? " Taehyung asked.

She nodded picking her phone to reply him ” yeah, we chat frequently. He's nice and really joyful. Gives a fluffy boyfriend vibes “ she said as she typed a reply for Hoseok.

” Don't cheat him, if you start dating. You know what job you're doing now “ Taehyung adviced.

” I know, I'm not planning to date anyone. I have been refusing Hoseok to go on a date. I feel bad but I'm helpless “ she said.
