This is so crowded Noah!"

I shout, trying to make myself heard over the loud music.

Noah | FL Best Friend

I know, honey bee. This is Black Wolf's club, one of the most famous ones.

Noah explains, her voice barely audible through the noise. I'm taken aback by the fact that we managed to get in so easily; this club is notoriously difficult to enter.

Let's go get some drinks!

Noah exclaims, grabbing my hand and leading me toward the bar. My heart races as I feel the gazes of strangers on me, even though I remind myself they're all lost in their own worlds of dancing and revelry.

The crowd and commotion trigger my anxiety, I often prefer the comfort of my home to avoid these situations.

As we approach the bar, a tall, well-built guy in a black uniform approaches us. I assume he's the bartender, but his intimidating appearance gives me pause. Instinctively, I wrap my arm around Noah's for a sense of security.

Bartender

Hey there, ladies. What can I get you?

The bartender's deep voice resonates over the music. His stern expression makes him seem even scarier.

One vodka and-

Noah starts, then glances at me.

Just a coke, please.

I chime in, my voice a bit shaky.

Bartender

Sure thing. One vodka and one coke, coming right up.

He begins to prepare our drinks, and I let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding. Noah and I find seats at the bar while we wait.

Noah exclaims, fanning herself and batting her eyelashes playfully.

He looks scary to me.

I admit, shaking my head. The bartender's imposing demeanor still unsettles me.

A short while later, the bartender returns with our drinks. As he hands them to us, he winks at me, causing a blush to rise to my cheeks. I divert my gaze, feeling a bit flustered. I don't have a problem with being outgoing, but interactions with guys have always made me nervous.

Noah flirts winking at him as he chuckles and writes his number down on a piece of tissue and hands it to her.

Bartender

A number for a pretty lady.

He winks at her and walks away.

Noah fanned herself dramatically making me laugh out. She loves herself a guy's attention.

I'm going to go use the restroom ok.

I said as I jumped off my chair, it was weirdly high for me.

Noah said and as I was about to talk she interrupted me again and said.

I scoff at my friend and walk away from her laughing figure. She has always been so protective Over me.

As I reached the women's toilet I get done with my business and walk out, this place is packed. Girls and boys dancing all over each other, grinding on anyone that comes, couples making out, loud music, dim light and many drunk creepy dudes. The club is very pretty tho, the lights the decorations it's all so beautiful.

You seem to be lost in thoughts sunshine.

I jump and turn around to look at a tall guy staring right at me with a smirk on his face. He looked to be around 6 ft and well-built. And I bet that smirk would be a killer for many girls but in my situation, I easily get uncomfortable and then flustered.

I say and was about to walk away when he grabbed my hand making my heart beat 10x faster.

One that terrifies me more than dark is physical touch, it makes me anxious and scared for many reasons.

I sharply pulled my hand from his grip making him look at me with a confused expression.

I gave him a small smile and he physically relaxed.

Oh, no nothing like that, I just had to use the restroom, and I was making my way back to my friend.

I say giving him a slight smile hoping not to come off too rude.

He nodes understanding.

He said reaching his hand out for me to hold as I just looked at him in shock, did he just call me a 'little thing'?

I blurted out and left from there, I was mad, he had no right to think of me as helpless, and I'm NOT little!

I admit I'm not too strong, nor I can fight, I'm most likely am helpless if i get in any ugly situation, but he is no one to point that out to me. I scoff and look around trying to find Noah.
