Can I Be Her? Chapter 5

Toji's Pov

I was shocked by what happened. I did not know what to do. All I know is I felt your lips on to mine. The effect and tiredness took over my body. I let it all out.

I kissed you back and slowly wrapped my arms around your waist. I could feel how soft your lips were. I was lost in this feeling. I feel like I have felt this before with this very same face.

Toji Fushiguro

"Mhmm..." I let out a soft **** as I slowly parted our lips.

Toji Fushiguro

"Hira?" I asked as you finally let go of my shoulder.

Hira did not respond so I was getting worried and lift her chin up. It turns out, she was just asleep. I don't know why I felt this. I'm kind of not satisfied? Was I craving for more?

I sighted and carried her back upstairs. Carefully laying her on the bed and covered.

Toji Fushiguro

"Sleep tight, Hira." I said as I got up and prepare a futon beside my bed. I don't want her to panic when she wake up and find that the two of us slept together. I can't afford making her misunderstood things.

I woke up from my alarm and got up, Hira was still sleeping and I didn't want to wake her up. I let her rest and cook breakfast. I left some for her, took a shower then headed straight to the company.

Hira's Pov

After a couple of hours, I woke up with a bad headache. I was not able to remember what happened last night. I looked around and realized it wasn't my room, when I opened my phone, I got hundreds of missed calls from Vieve and one message from Toji.

Looks like I'm dying at an early age, I thought as I looked at how many missed calls I got from Vieve. I didn't gave her any update since yesterday the time I left from the hotel.

I hurriedly texted Vieve after that, I did not know what I should do first. Should I leave this house first or explain everything to Vieve first? Oh my god. I don't know what to do. What's more, my head hurts so much.

After I replied to their messages. I hurriedly picked my bag and kept my things and left his house.

I booked some grab and went straight to Vieve's house.

After a few minutes, I arrived at Vieve's house. I rang the doorbell and Vieve came out. I could see how furious she looks. Oh my god.

Hira

"Vieve... I'm sorry, okay?" I said as I hugged her. I'm always causing trouble for her. Really.

Vieve

"Okay, okay. Explain your side inside." I sighted as hugged her back, she's even wearing a t-shirt that's twice her size. Oh god this girl.

We came inside the house and she grabbed me a glass of water to drink and she waited for me to explain why I didn't reply or answer any of her calls last night.

I explained everything to her, from the success partnership and celebration. Slowly, my memories from last night started to appear.

Hira

"Vieve... I think I might have done something bad... Very bad..." I said as I started to feel anxious.

Vieve

"What could you possibly do now? I know you're a dummy but please... I hope this is not a terrible case..." I said as I waited for her response. Oh please don't tell me you confessed to him.

Hira

"I... I puked on Toji's clothes after getting drunk!!!!" I screamed and started to pull my hair like I was going crazy. Oh my god!!! How embarrassing!

Vieve

"Pfft!! Oh my god!" I burst to laughter after hearing what she said, I mean, I think confessing her feeling for him is a bit more better than puking on his suit. Oh god, I am dying from laughing here.

Hira

"Vieveeee!!!! Come onnn.... Don't laugh! I'm gonna cryyyyy!!" I screamed as Vieve continued laughing. I guesse this is my punishment from completely forgetting about her Birthday and focused on Toji yesterday?

Vieve

"Oh my god... Sorry, babe... I just can't..." I said as my laughter slowly fade away.

Vieve

"Okay, so that's all, right? You did not do anything more stupid after that, right?" I was getting serious this time, I'm still worried for her, I mean, she's my best friend, after all.

Hira

"No, I can't remember what I did after that, I think I... passed out?" I said and slapped my face realizing I was making a fool of myself.

Vieve

"Pfft!!" I can't... I burst to laughter again! I'm really sorry, Hira. I guesse today you're just dumb?

Vieve

"Oh my god. I guess having a successful partnership can really affect someone's brain, hmm?" I said as I burst to laughter again.

Hira

"Vievee.... I'm really gonna die! How can I face him tomorrow?! Should I pretend that didn't happen? Should I pretend I wasn't able to remember anything?" I was getting really anxious, though I can't blame anyone for it. It was my own dumbness, after all.

Vieve

"Why would you do that?! Do you wanna get fired?! No! You should apologize to him tomorrow." I know she'll be embarrassed to do this and I hate that I have to push her to do this too but I can't let her stubborn head grow. I sighted as I patted her head.

Hira

"Right... I did a stupid thing today, I really should apologize... Thank you Vieve..." I said as I hugged her. Oh god, what can I do without her?

Vieve

"There, there... Relax, okay? After you apologize to him, if he won't accept it, it's his problem already, okay? Don't push your self and relax for today, Go to the guest room and rest, I'll bring you some green tea." I said as I tried to calm her down.

Hira

"Okay... Thank you, Vieve..." I said as I stood up and went to a guest room.

I waited for Vieve and drank the green tea, after that, I fell asleep thinking how should I apologize to him tomorrow. How about cooking him breakfast? Okii! It's decided. Breakfast!
