They didn't have a choice. After all, they couldn't force me to go.

They chatted through messages for a while, and then my younger sister left looking really upset.

My husband was silent for a moment.

He poured me a glass of water, took out a bottle of drugs and put two pills into the water.

My husband specifically told me that he was going on a business trip and would be away for two days, before he came back, he wanted my sister to accompany me.

But then my sister replied that she needed to get her hair done for the classmate reunion.

I sneered secretly, but I didn't say anything. I just smiled, "Don't worry! I'll be fine at home by myself."

After breakfast,

my sister poured me a cup of water and said, "Take your medicine!"

I noticed something murky in the water, clearly indicating that she had added some medicine to it as well.

I was going to make an excuse,

but my sister's tone was not kind, "Take your medicine quickly. I need to see you take it."

I took a deep breath and slowly swallowed the medicine.
