No need to take me easy
The boy jumps up in the air, he does an aerial kick and lands in an attack stance.
Plunderer
Ok then, I won’t go easy on you.
Lin
(This boy seems to be an advanced fighter. If you’re not of the same level, or higher, he will definitely beat you.)
Lin moves the knife to a fighting position and with the opposite arm he makes a sign to attack him.
Lin launches the first shot, but the boy avoids it without any problems
Lin
(He’s much faster than me)
The boy manages to hit him, the impact throws him into some demolished buildings
Lin
(In my world this blow would have killed me. If I think about it, I feel different since I got here)
He stood up and squeezed his fist
Lin
(I feel it's power, I'm sure I've never felt this power before)
With incredible speed a shot is offered back to the boy
He dodges. The two of them begin exchanging attack after attack, their speed at which they are attacking are too fast to even see.
Plunderer
You’re pretty good, but I’m better.
The boy then starts attacking from every angle.
Lin
(I have to quickly move to evade every attack.)
Lin
Interesting so you can get up to this speed!?
Disappears then a blow throw the boy away
Lin
Wow so I can move the same way!
Lin
(So it's exactly how I thought because I'm not from this world I can quickly go over the limit of powers in this world.)
Lin
(But that doesn't make me invincible, that earlier blow affected me :')
The boy is surprised, he didn’t even see him moving
Plunderer
That’s not possible! How are you moving so fast?
The boy asks, but he gets back to his stance and continues the fight.
Plunderer
What trick did you use?
Lin
There's no trick, I'm not from this world the power comes by itself.
Plunderer
Are you saying you’re from a different world?
The boy asks, a slight hint of excitement in his voice. He still keeps his focus on the fight.
Plunderer
If that’s the case then I have a favor to ask of you.
Plunderer
I want you to help me kill an “alien” that has been roaming my hometown, it killed everyone I knew and almost killed me. It is extremely powerful, but if we work together then we may have a chance.
Lin
(An extremely dangerous alien...what's going on here...)
Lin
If I help you to kill the alien will you help me get back to my world?
Plunderer
Yes of course, I’ll try everything I can to help with that.What’s your world like?
Lin
My world is just like this but doesn't have superpowers, and it's not destroyed. A normal world 😅
Plunderer
It must be much more peaceful than this world. I’ve always wondered what a world without war and destruction would look like. Well then, do we have a deal? Will you help me kill the alien?
He puts away his weapon and nods.
The boy then continues to walk, he seems to know the way from the current location to his hometown
Plunderer
So, you’re from a world that isn’t decimated by war and destruction? I envy you.
The boy speaks without looking back to him.
Lin
It's a peaceful world but some countries still have wars between them, I was one of the soldiers preparing for battle until the explosion that sent me into this world.
Plunderer
I see, well thank you for your service.
He speaks while continuing to walk.
Plunderer
The fact that you’re a soldier must mean you are really strong then. It also must mean you’re very brave.
The boy speaks respectfully and with admiration in his voice.
Lin
My grandfather used to say this ever since I was little
Plunderer
Your grandfather sounds like he was a good man.
Lin
He was a veteran of the war... He died protecting me in an explosion when I was little, it was the first bomb that started the war.
Plunderer
Im so sorry, I didn’t mean to bring up something so sad.
The boy speaks in a quiet voice, he keeps looking straight forward as he walks. A tear forms in one of his eyes as he continues looking forward.
Plunderer
I never really knew my parents, but I’m sure your grandfather was a better man than my father will ever be.
Lin
What happened to your father?
Plunderer
I never really knew him. He left before I was even born. He was, from what I heard from my mother, a very evil man.
Lin
(I feel a presence, there's danger around us but how I can feel the presence of danger is weird)

From all sides, watch out we are surrounded
The boy looks around and nods. A couple of men emerge from the darkness they were hiding in, all of them have long daggers and some have swords. They seem to be criminals judging by the way the dress and the weapons they are wielding.
Lin
They haven't noticed us yet.
Plunderer
We have the element of surprise

What do you say we try to take them down now?
The boy says while getting ready to fight.
Plunderer
There’s 5 of them it should be a pretty even fight
He says while looking at Lin.
Lin
(I'm still dizzy from that blow but the pain is gone, I'm thinking that maybe my body adapts with the power I got.)

Let's fight them (it's a good chance to test that)
