I see Karina Harris, the one and only daughter of Camron Harris-the principle of our school coming towards the guy croaking, " Noah!" Oh, so his name turns out to be Noah, huh? " Noah, Are you alright? Are you hurt somewhere?" Karina questions with her shrill voice.

Gosh! This bad wench. You know every school has that one popular bitchy-attituded, self-centered girl? Well, That is her Karina. She gets what ever she wants. She never lets anyone lay an eye on what she thinks is her'.

There was this one time a new girl accidentally got pushed and collided with Karina's boyfriend and fell down bringing herself and him down onto the floor with literally their lips connected. That was it, Karina made her life miserable. She used to bully her every single day. Finally, after a month or two she made Mr. Harris to expel her from the school with some dumb reason.

Poor girl was an orphan. So, There was no one to stand up for her. She earned a seat in our school through a scholarship. But that was all in vain.

"Eh you *****! Are you blind?" Karina barks averting her gaze in my direction. "I-I-I'm sorry." I stutter looking back and forth in between that guy and Karina. His eyes never leaving mine, looking at me with a cold yet curious stare.

I glance around just to find everyone's stare on me. All of a sudden, I hear a pair of heels clicking towards me. "Alexa!" I hear someone calling out my name. She hastily bends down and lifts me up putting me right back on my feet. That's Olivia Slater, My lifesaver.

I grab her arm and try dragging her away but she dosen't budge and instead yells at Karina. "What did you do to her, Karina?" ''What have I done? It's her who bumped into Noah on purpose!" Karina fires back. "Oh! What makes you think that she did it on purpose? She's not a ***** like you!" Olivia yells making everyone gasp.

OKAY! This is getting out of hand. Chattering of all the students buzzes through hallway. Karina gasps out loud asking "The **** did you just called me?" Consequently, she marches towards Olivia holding her by the collar.

''Olivia, Let's just go." I wished trying to take her away. She doesn't give a damn about what I say and snaps back at Karina," A *****" with a smirk playing on her face. "You!" Karina fumes with anger and raises her fist to punch the shit out of Olivia. I sigh mentally preparing myself to treat Olivia's wounds.

Like literally these two never lets the Sun go down without fighting each other. It's not like anyone gets along with Karina but at least everyone tries to pretend they love her. But for Olivia she can't stand her for even a second.

Their families are best friends with each other but these two are complete opposite. They have gone to the same school ever since kindergarten. They shared the same kind of hobbies but still that just made them act more competitive towards each other.

"What is happening here?" We all hear a stern voice from afar; The voice of Mr. Hill, the Vice principle. All the students scurries away into their respective classes. Karina lets go of Olivia's collar and walks away glaring at her.

"Olives, c'mon I know you hate her but you shouldn't just pick fights with her all the time. It is dange…" I stop mid-sentence when she places her finger on my lips. "We are getting late; Let's just go" She hums and walks off nonchalantly.

I sigh and jog behind her to meet her pace. That Noah-guy was long gone. He left rolling his eyes when Olivia and Karina started their insulting sesh in the first place.

I get to the room 301 as per the schedule given to me after saying goodbye to Olivia on the second floor. My first class for the day is Math. It's a good thing that it's in the morning, if math class is after lunch I swear I'd crash in first ten minutes.

I get into the class to find out that I'm the latest to class. Thank God the teacher didn't arrive yet. I don't wanna give a bad first impression!

Almost the whole room is full. I see an empty last second desk in the middle row. I take a step forward and halt when two strong arms hug me from behind. "I missed you so much!" A muffled coo leaves from the mouth of the guy whose face is buried in my shoulder.

"DEREK!" I yell. He unwraps his hands and turns me around looking at me with concern. "Are you Okay, Alexa?" He asks; his eyebrows forming a thin line. I open my mouth to speak out but he cuts me off asking with a tinge of anger in his voice, "I heard that you bumped into some guy. Did he hurt you?"

I part my lips to speak again but he cuts me off questioning, " Who is that guy? Do you know him? Sia told me she has never seen him before!" I decide to speak but he cuts me off AGAIN, "Oh you fell to the floor right? Are you hur…" "Gosh! Derek, I'm Okay!" I cut him off this time.

"You sure?" He asks. "One hundred percent." I gush placing one of my arms on his biceps as they tense under my touch. He grins ear to ear blushing profusely. I smile back patting his shoulder and turn on my heels to reach the empty desk I spotted a while ago.

As I take my seat a middle-aged woman with her blonde hair tied up into a formal bun comes in. That's Mrs. Stanely. We wish her a good morning as she wishes us back.

"So class… we got a new student!" She announces pointing towards the door, urging the other person outside to get in.
