Amanda shifted towards Carrie and Carrie heard Amanda mutter something in here sleep.

Amanda stopped herself upon remembering what happened and stifling her cries and drying her eyes.

Amanda wiped the blood from her nose as she looked at her hand and pulled it away afterwards.
