Black figure in my room. PART 1

It  was 2013 around June.. .

at that time I had just graduated from high school  and my parents had planned to take us to A country in where we would be spending our holidays at.

my parents own quite a few lands there in which  they decided to build beautiful spacious houses in where we would be staying during our stay there.

my dad had family of his staying on each of the houses so they would be well kept during the time we weren't around so it'd prevent it's deterioration.

Fast forward the time of the incident, we went to visit my grandparents on my mother's side to give our respect to them.  After that we decided to visit one of my dad's properties that was located nearby.

That house was taken care by my aunt who's a widow and her only daughter,

The houses was wide and had many rooms so there were five rooms arranged for my parents,  my sister's and I on the northern wing of the house.

The one located at the very end of the alley was my room, it was always quiet on that side of the houses,  nobody approached that area, it was really strange…

There was a reason behind it, but we didn't know at the moment.

My dad's sister is a really kind and comprehensive middle aged woman who lost her husband pretty early after she gave birth to her only  daughter, she's around the same age as I.

She's been lonely for a long time but she decided to remain single and raise her daughter by herself.

To reduce that loneliness she took in many kids from my family during the holidays and she took care of them along with my cousin.

It was like a kindergarten paradise for them as the residence had many rooms they could stay over often and play to their heart's content with no adults complaining about it.

Even with so many people in the house, nobody dared to approach the northern wing of the house. I was really strange so it pricked my curiosity so I asked about it to my cousin.

Hence she told me that there was a dark figure wondering around that area for a long time and it had been sighted by some of the kids and her herself.

At the time I didn't mind her warnings that much and I still decided to sleep in my room. I felt secure, I knew my parents were sleeping right across so there wasn't really something to fear.

Finally  night time arrived and everybody  went back to their rooms one by one until only my cousin and I remained in the living room area…

Hence  I requested her to sleep next to me only that night cause at the moment I was starting to get closer to her and we had so much to talk about as we had so much in common.

We went back to my room chit hating in a low voice as everyone  was already sleeping. The moment we got there I noticed that all the windows were secured with safety barriers and the doors had lockers from the inside.

It had a bathroom on the inside of the room so that relieved me somehow cause I didn't want to step out and cross all the hallway to go and take a bath because it was super dark as one of the light bulbs was malfunctioning.

As soon as we finished we got on our pajamas and started setting the bed, there was a mattress in one side of the room next to the main door  of the room which we had locked previously to taking a bath. There was a wrinkled banquet on top of the mattress so we ressetted it to make it look nice as my cousin was a perfectionist  and I left my bag next to on top.

After that we started setting the mosquito curtain to avoid being bitten to death. So we got on bed with a lantern and set everything and placed the ends of the mosquito curtain under the mattress of the king size bed were we were sleeping in.

We tought we were secure. Te door was locked from incide, but...
