[Location: The woods, 4 miles off a commonly used hiking trail]
A dark male figure, heavily clothed despite the muggy weather, trudges between the trees. His breath comes slow and calm, despite the dead weight of the body heaved over his shoulder.
He throws it onto the dirt with a grunt and leans it up against a tree. The head lolls back and empty eye sockets stare at him, bloody tears dripping down the hollow cheeks.

So pretty...
Unknown
You were fun.
Unknown
I liked you.
The man pulls a large device from an even larger parka pocket. One by one, each limb is lifted and nailed to the tree with a loud *BANG*
The figure steps back to inspect his work. The legs are beant backwards with the feet nailed higher than the hands, back twisted impossibly, arms spread around the tree, head dangling.
The man waits for the head to raise, for a toothless smile to be barely discernable in the darkness, for the toungless mouth to scream and blood to start pouring from severed ears.
He waits,
but it doesn't happen.
He takes the body's chin in hand and appreciates the beauty of what he had done one more time before working back towards town, heart light.
