In the end, Cid agreed to be Alexia's Fake boyfriend, he is treated like a dog but he puts up with it because of the gold coins the princess gives him.

Alexia only shows her true personality when she is alone with Cid.

Two weeks had passed since then, and Alexia was chatting with Cid.

"Iris once told me 'I like your swordsmanship'...can you understand how pathetic I felt?" she said angrily.

"Since then I hate my swordsmanship, so when I say I hate your swordsmanship...it's because it's just as mediocre as mine."

"You know, I may be a terrible person, but even I have things that matter to me," he said seriously.

"If you hold that my swordsmanship and yours are the same, then I think I like your swordsmanship, Alexia."

"None, just that it's ugly that they discredit something you like-"

"I see" Alexia put her sword away "I'm going home alone today."

The next day Rimuru was in the dining room of the academy and heard Cid's conversation.

"Princess Alexia didn't come home yesterday, we found her shoe on the path she usually uses and there are traces of a fight," the Zenon instructor said.

"Since you were the last to be with her yesterday, you are the only suspect at the moment, the guards will ask you some questions"

"Come with us," said a guard

They took Cid by force.

"This Smell like a farce," Rimuru thought

"He is strong, he will manage"

"My brother, I heard that he has been tortured for five days!, please let him go, I'm sure he's innocent!"

"The order is conducting a thorough investigation so nothing goes unnoticed," Iris explained. "His guilt of her has not been verified"

"But if the culprit is not found my brother will be executed!" Claire was losing control.

"If something happens to her, even if you are a princess, I will"

"Claire, stop!" Zenon yelled, taking her by the shoulders.

"I understand how you feel, but that's enough."

"Take your hands off of her" Rimuru ordered as he stopped hiding his presence, he squeezed Zenon's hands to the point of almost breaking them.

Zenon walked away from Rimuru and Claire with noticeable annoyance at how he had been treated.

"Rimuru" Claire Hugged her former master "Rimuru, help me, my brother is in danger."

"It gonna be Okay, Cid is strong, you have to trust him" He patted him on the back.

"Don't cry, trust me and Iris, she wouldn't let an innocent die."

"Student Rimuru, you can't be here," Zenon said, still annoyed.

"Zenón keep Quiet" Iris Ordered "Claire, I can assure you that your brother is fine and that he will be released as soon as we find the culprit... there is no need to involve Rimuru."

"You must understand Princess Iris, her sister was kidnapped and she's just as worried or more worried than you," Rimuru told Claire.

"Keep calm, okay?"

"Yes...I apologize Princess" Claire Curtseid "My actions were not the best"

"Okay, I understand you" The princess looked at Rimuru.
