There are Academy's all over the world that teach both magic and studies about every profession.
Until 12 years students study in school about all basic knowledge. After that they can decide in which academy they want to go as per the profession they want to select
Every academy teaches at least 4 professions and all power can be taught in all academy as there is no problem related to power and teachers are available
About power other than black power which is the strongest of all.. Other powers are not strong or low they can be counted as equal.
There are a lot of books available related to powers and how to use them, or we can say in other words there are alot of techniques related to every power other than 'black power' as there are no black power users, and they don't share the knowledge related to black power
