Ever wondered “What if soap wasn’t completely soap? What if humans and soaps swapped places?”

Well……

One day, when waking up, Mark, who up until this day was an ordinary human, realized he couldn’t move. He was paralyzed. Not only he couldn’t move, but he wasn’t in his room. It took him a while to realize where he was, the bathroom.

But as he looked around in distress, he figured out that he was laying on the cold metal soap holder.

As confused as he was, he tried yelling for help in hope someone might hear him. Instead of help, a gigantic looking soap entered the room which now seemed like a small, suffocating storage room. Weirdly enough, the soap did, what Mark used to every morning, brush his teeth, check if he needed to shave, comb his hair and so on.

The soap then picked Mark up and after running water over him, used him like a regular soap. The human tried to yell at the soap, but soon realized he couldn’t speak. Then the soap put him down and went on to get dressed in a fancy business suit, a necktie…the full on business attire, took a black suitcase and walked out the door after feeding the little brown and white kitten.

As soon as he left, Mark tried once again to ask for help and this time, surprisingly enough, he could. He yelled and yelled until he stopped while freaking out about what might happen to him now…

Weirdly enough, he heard some movement in the cupboard behind the mirror. Soon enough the mirror was pushed enough for Mark to see another human, this one however had its body stuck in some sort of blue hard slime. They inspected each other closely and then at the same time they yelled “Who are you?!”

As they stared at each other in silence for a while, the human soap from above yelled “I’m Nathaniel!” “Nice to meet you, I’m Mark!” yelled our guy from the soap support.

As they started talking, they asked each other if they had any idea how they got there and both said the same thing: “When I woke up, I was no longer in my bed and was paralyzed.”

Turns out Nathaniel and Mark were neighbors as Mark has lived under Nathaniel for a year now.

The sun started to set when they heard the lock at the front door open and the soap human entered the apartment looking exhausted and falling asleep as soon as he touched the bed without even changing. As it was late, Nathaniel and Mark said good night to each other and went to sleep.

The next day, while washing, Soap squeezed Mark a bit too hard and Mark, who was a tall, slender 20 year old man, couldn’t stand the pressure and broke it half.

He cried, oh how he cried, like the world ended, the pain was bearable as he wasn’t in his usual body. Nathaniel, who was in his usual place couldn’t see him, but the cries made it clear he wasn’t in his best state and all he could do is grit his teeth and wait for him to appear in his usual spot.

When Mark was put in the steel support, Nathaniel could finally see the awful state he was it, bend and snapped in half. Even if they only met after one year of being neighbors, Nathaniel fell for the anxious idiot who was now crying his heart out.

As soon as Soap left the small apartment after doing its morning routine, Nathaniel yelled for Mark, but he lost consciousness and was lying lifeless and breathing slowly as he was about to die.

When he saw this, Nathaniel rocked back and forth until he managed to fall knocking Mark’s support making them end up on the cold, wet floor. Finding a way to reach Mark, he cried while caressing his defunct face which was now colder than ever. And so, Nathaniel fell asleep while caring the face of his loved one.

The next moment, Nathaniel woke up to the sound of knocking and while still confused, looking at his hands and surroundings opened the door. It was him, Mark, staying there, sweaty and looking as if he just woke up from a nightmare. “N-Nathaniel, right?” said while panting.

Nathaniel slowly nodded as he was still in shock. Then, suddenly Mark hugged him as if he just reunited with him after he returned from war.
