The Book Ghost At the University

Leonore takes a few morning classes and goes to the library to search for materials she needs for her ongoing research.

Leonore(Professor)

Where have I kept that particular book I'm in the middle of reading.

She gasps as she notices a silhouette a few inches away from her but sees no one.

Dylan(Ghost)

Wait...did she notice me or was it the books?

Leonore wonders to herself if she heard something or was hearing things.

Leonore(Professor)

(Keeps herself busy searching for her book).

She finds her book, she has hid it in between some other irrelevant subjects.

Leonore(Professor)

Found it!

Dylan(Ghost)

So, that's where it is...I was searching for the same book. No wonder I didn't find it. She hid it in her own place.

Leonore(Professor)

( thinks..Did I just hear something again? Ah! I must be day dreaming...)

She sits down to review the material she found.

Dylan follows behind her...Leonore makes a slightly turns behind & continues...flipping the pages.

Dylan(Ghost)

(Bending over to Leonore) Not this page, turn over to the next few pages..

Leonore gasps & is surprised to see a man sitting in front of her.

Leonore(Professor)

( drops her book hastily) Oh! I didn't see you.

Dylan(Ghost)

Do you see me? (waves his hand).

People around her looks at her in an odd manner.

She turns to him confused...to see only outlines of him. Other than his outline, he is blur, a blur figure..that seems to be nonexistent.

But he was there right in front of her.

Leonore(Professor)

(picks up the book)

Dylan(Ghost)

You can see me right?

Leonore(Professor)

( ignores him) Let me see what's interesting...flips her book.




