Chapter 3 - Bloom

Meanwhile, Zander and Rina, on the other hand, take on their first night from a week-long honeymoon elsewhere and then they return to Rina’s old mansion. They love each other so much that nothing seems to be able to separate with their love or ruin it.

Night came, cuddling each other in their room. Spending their lovey dovey all night. Back to Zandro’s.

The next morning, Zandro at his home, he was still in a bad mood. When his parents came, he surprised them and his grandparents on their way home.

Who were going to approach him outside of their house. When they arrived, Zandro quickly got out of his room so that they could all greet and hugged each other.

“Oh! You’re already home!” His Mom said.

“When did you came?” his Dad asked.

“Um .. yesterday.” He pouted.

And then they chatted each other. They are all happy, but Zandro .. is not. He was curious about who that woman is, and he even investigated her.

Two months have passed, and Rina is already pregnant. It was late morning. Zander talks to the baby in Rina’s womb.

“Baby, your Mommy and I are here. We love you. I also love … your mommy, baby.”

Zander said holding one hand on Rina’s belly and standing behind Rina then he hugged her.

“I’m hungry, Honey.” She said.

“Haha, okay let’s eat some snacks.” He replied.

“Mm.” she smiled.

Zander always helps Rina and takes care of her.

“I’ll prepare for our lunch, Honey.” She said.

“Okay, Honey. I’ll be right there, to chopped some woods.” He said.

Then they ate their lunch. After that he went to his work again to chopped those woods again. Rina went to the backyard and peeked at him. And she went back inside to fold those curtains, tops and bottoms wear.

The afternoon came, Rina asked him to go out for a while to water the plants. Zander watched her from a distance as he chopped woods for their fireplace and kitchen. Zander was distracted when his wife suddenly disappeared from his sight.

He was wondering what had happened, so he went and called Rina. He was nervous about what happened, when he went to where Rina was, Rina suddenly appeared. Standing there. He slowly touched Rina’s shoulder,

“Rina …” with a calm voice.

Rina turned to him,

then hugged him as if nothing had happened. And Zander hugged her too. Then the dusk came, they went inside to prepare for the evening. Night came, they were at the dining table while eating, he wondered as if there’s something strange.

“Rina, are you okay? Did something happen?” Zander was worried.

But she only smiles at him and continue eating. He can’t help it and let them finish their dinner. After dinner, and washed themselves.

“Are you okay, Honey?” he asked again.

“Yea, Honey. I’m just .. tired.” She replied.

“Okay.” He hugged and kissed her.

“Let’s rest to our room.” He added.

“Mm” she replied.

The lights are off, they have also finished cleaning their bodies, and are ready to go to sleep. Zander was still worried about Rina. He hugged her and kissed Rina’s forehead. But she doesn’t speak and it worried him.

“Honey?” he asked.

He looked at the ceiling. But she doesn’t replied. She looked at him lying on his muscled arm and just listen.

“Have you ever ..” he said though it was stopped cause he looked at her.

“ .. think about what should we name to our first baby?” he added.

He leaned on her face. And smiled. She smiled in replied too.

“If the baby is to be a girl, maybe we should name her Merina.” He said .

Rina nodded and just smiled.

“But if the baby is to be a boy, what do you think to name him?” he asked.

Rina just looked at his eyes. She yawned. He kissed her forehead. Hugged her and

“Zeddy. That will be his name.” he said.

He kissed her forehead again, down to her cheek, to her nose and to her lips. Rina moaned after that french kiss. She pushed him and pulled him back to kiss her again.

They both smiled.

The night is long and their love covers all night. It was so dark, after the lights off. The whole house is so silent. You can hear the dripping of the water in the faucet of the kitchen.

The morning came, and he woke up without Rina besides him. He went to the bathroom and washed himself. Then he go out of their room. He looked for her. Rina was in the kitchen, after preparing for a breakfast, she’s about to go to their bedroom and Zander came.

“Good morning, Honey.” He said while smiling brightly.

“Good morning.” She replied and smiled back and kissed him.

“What’s .. with our breakfast, today?” he asked.

“It’s just .. the same as usual, Honey.” She replied.

He hugged and cuddled her.

“Anyways, are you selling some of your plants, today? He asked.

“I’m coming with you!” he added.

She just smiled and nodded. And they both eat their breakfast. She’s looking deeply to her beloved husband.

The afternoon came, and their plants that they brought were sold, and it was about to go home. He saw a white flower, its figure was like a mixed of yellow bell and lily. Its fragrance was better than sampaguita. He picked it and put it on her left side of her ear.

“You’re beautiful.” He said.

“Thank you.” She replied.

“Let’s go.” He said.

He grabbed her hand and they walked with holding hands. And they came home. He touched Rina’s belly and they both smiled. It was almost third month of her pregnancy.

The night came, and same routine, they’re cuddling each other and kissed each other. The night was long. He slept early and she sang her a song.

“Sleep, my beloved, husband.

Sleep my, prince.

Sleep my, Romeo.

May you feel the silence of the night in your sleep.

The night is long,

You are here by my side.

I love you, and our love will always be our guide.”

The she kissed his forehead as if it was her final kiss. She really loved him with all her heart, soul and mind. And she even loved their soon-to-be child. She always hoped for a perfect family that no one can ever destroyed it.

Then she began to sleep besides him.
