"Mikey, wanna go out with me?" y/n asked her little cousin who's still half-sleep, maybe because he came home late last night because of his gang. he looks at her with narrow eyes. "huh?" He asked spacing out.

y/n sighed. "I said, do you wanna go out with me?" she repeated. He tilted his head and look at her with confusion, and the two of them just have staring competition.

He flinched when he absorbed what she said on his head. "Sure!" he said smiling. y/n sighed as she smile and shook her head.

After they ate, y/n went to her room to change her clothes. She even wear the hanafuda yesterday that she found because it's kinda cool. When she's done she went downstairs where Mikey was waiting.

"y/n-chin!" he called with a wide smile. She smiled too and compose herself closer to him. "Let's go?" she asked with a smile. He nodded happily and cling to her arm.

both of them just walking towards their destination, didn't bother to bring Mikey's motor, so they can enjoy nature just by looking at them. "You want to eat there?" y/n asked about the restaurant that Mikey always came to.

"Yep! I want their kiddie meal!" he said happily. she smiled too because of his cuteness. she pinch his cheek that made him pout.

"That's hurts, y/n-chin," he said, y/n just laughed at his reaction and shook her head.

People are passing by one by one, and some of them know her because she's from the Detective Agency. They stopped just to thank her for saving them or what.

"Wow, you're so kind, Y/n-chin. You saved many people." Mikey said with amusement. she smiled bitterly because of the word kind.

y/n look at Mikey, "Mikey, do you think I'm a kind person?" she asked. He frowned and look at her.

"Of course, Y/n-chin!" he said.

she look down and didn't say anything. I'm a kind person, huh?

Just remembering what she did in the past, what crimes she committed.

Mikey, I'm not kind at all. I killed many innocent lives just because of my job.

y/n felt guilty every time people will said those words to her, it's kinda suffocating because every time she saved lives, people will give her their gratitude and she didn't even know if she deserve them or not.

Even though she's working on the detective agency, that name cannot wash out her sin.

The real sin is something you can never atone for.

People saying she's an angel sent from heaven just because she saved their lives, y/n just laugh at it because something always remembers her.

"We're here!" Mikey's loud voice snapped her out of her thoughts and look at him with a fake smile.

"Let's go. We've been walking past 50 minutes, I'm hungry," she said and pat his head as they both enter the restaurant.

After a few minutes of ordering, both of them just wait at their table near the window. y/n humming a song while waiting while Mikey was sleeping.

she stop humming when she saw a familiar figure. A grin plastered on her face as she ran towards him.

"Oi, Nakahara chuuya-kun!" she called while waving her hand.

He looks at her with wide eyes and starts walking away fromy/n. she grin foolishly and ran towards him. "Why are you running?" she smiled. He looks away and fakes a cough. "I'm not running, I just don't want to see you," he said with his eyebrows furrowed.

y/n grin. "Is that so?" she fake a pout. "Too bad, I wanted to treat you a meal, but I guess you don't want to be with me.." she pretend to be sad. His eyes widened and immediately take back what he said.

she pats his head because y/n is taller than him. "Man, are you growing, Chuuya?" she asked- making the ginger boy annoyed.

"I'm not short! I'm just 15, I'll still grow!!" he shouted like an angry cat.

"y/n-chin! Why did you leave me here?!" he said, y/n chuckle and just pat his head. "Now, now don't be angry, I just saw someone I know, so I invited him here," she said and make chuuya face Mikey.

Chuuya frowned. "Huh? Who's this chibi?" he asked. Mikey get mad about it so he slammed his hands on the table. "who are you calling chibi?" he said with an annoyed face as he knuckles his fist. "wanna fight, shorty?" Mikey said while standing up.

Chuuya ready his fist as if he's ready to punch him. [name] laughed and hold the collar of the two like a cat. "Now, now. Don't be mad. Let's just eat, I'm hungry." she said as the both of them stop.

the three of them start eating, Chuuya is teasing Mikey because he's eating a kiddie meal with a flag, while Mikey seems pissed but he keeps calling chuuya a shorty.

Later on, a question from chuuya makes y/n froze in surprise.

"y/n, Mori-san wants you back."

Sounds of water flow by as she put her feet on the cold water of the lake on the riverbank.

Chuuya's question keeps replaying on her head as if it's already stuck on there. "Ahh.." she sighed in chorus.

"Now, let me drown myself to wake me up," she said with a smile as she let her body fall on the water.

Ah, I can't breathe... Am I finally dying? I can see that it's raining.

That water is beautiful...

y/n was about to lose consciousness when someone pulled her up. As soon as she got pulled up by someone. she cough so many times and bent down on her knees.

"Why did you save me?" she asked with a lazy voice and her eyes doesn't even glint. only emptiness can be seen in her eyes.

"We met again, suicidal freak."
