Kai is Japanese-American. His wolf's name is Red. He was abused by his parents all his life then became an assassin after taking his parents' life one night. Kai has a twin sister named Jasmine. He can speak multiple languages. Kai tends to be emotionless and hateful, but that is just a cover to protect himself.

Kai has had ten mates before which all have rejected him. Out of the ten previous mates three have marked him and one fully mated with him.
