I checked the time. Its half passed 2 in the afternoon. I informed Daniel to get the car ready. cuz it's a half an hour drive from here to the cemetery

Daniel got the car ready the driver was driving us. then Daniel spoke

Uncle Louis called. He asked what's your decision is.

I sighted. Uncle Louis. Louis Martin. he is a very important person in my life. he is like my father figure. he is the military chancellor. I met him when I turned 18. And what does that has to do with me if you ask... He was pursuing my mother before. He was with my mother when she was sick suffering from the tumour. he was a young soldier during that time. he didn't have any power to protect me so he couldn't stop the fact that when the Butler family took me away. I met him at 18 since then I also started to serve the military for awhile and retired at the age of 25. the is a very special place for me. I met alot of people for me. the first time I got father's love. then what about mother? Well.. Uncle Louis's wife passed away 2 years after they got married due to her week body during childbirth. He lost both his wife and child there. I met this amazing man I. the military he is our general. General Simon Taylor and his wife Rosalie Taylor. they're the nicest people I've ever met. I received the mother's love I've never received from Rosalie Taylor. Although my birth mother loved me, I've never got to experience it.

Now the decision uncle Louis asked me about is. it's about my marriage. I really have no interest in getting married or having a relationship after my ex fiancee cheated on our engagement with the legitimate child of the Butler family Edward Butler. saying that I didn't match her noble status. all I ever need in a relationship is the couple has to be faithful to each other.

And now the girl I've been proposed to is non other than the eldest daughter of the Taylor family Harper Taylor. till now I've never knew that they had a daughter. I've heard about their son more because I've seen him come with his father when he was a baby. but I've never heard of a daughter. the fact is that we also have a 10 year age gap.

I said and Daniel sighted.

the car pulled over at the cemetery

people are leaving the grave yard one by one. I can see the Butler family there too they also left.

but only one figure was standing there. I got off the car and walked to the grave yard with my umbrella because it started to rain

there I met Albert Butler's person Assistant Liam brooke. old master Butler's most trusted man.

I stood beside him. none of us spoke a word.we just stood there under our umbrella's in the pouring rain.

Liam Brooke

It's your grandfather's funeral son. you didn't come to the funeral or you aren't even willing to spend a little bit more time mourning your grandpa's death.

I have nothing to do with the Butler family or any of their affairs. I knew about old master Butler passing from you. that's it.

I spoke with no emotions just starring at the grave stone.

and this... this is the Butler industries's 40 percent share and a castle in the city of Edinburgh.

heh... 40 percent share and a castle. what a joke. is he trying to be a good grandfather now after witnessing me being treated as trash and getting humiliated multiple times and being abused in front of hid eyes. does he think that he can fix everything giving me this? I don't know how to react to this

I got into the car and started to read the letter. Daniel didn't disturb me he just avoided it.

Dear Charles, I know now that it is very late. First of all I wanted to apologise to you First. I'm sorry that I was being very unfair to you and turning a blind eye for all the abuse and humiliation you suffered. I couldn't be a good father or a good grandfather. this guilt won't leave me even after death. even tho I was the one who took you into the Butler house. I never took responsibility for it. because I was crazy about the bloodline. And I'm sorry about your mother too. I didn't say anything even after knowing what kind of relationship Austin was having With her. And I'm sorry about Stella too. I forced you both into that relationship and I ruined your lives. I should've talked to you but I didn't. I just went on and announced your engagement publicly. when I turn back and see, as a grandfather I've done nothing but hurt you. I'm very sick. I probably won't be there when you receive this letter. The Butler family members would kill me feeding me poison day by day little by little. but Charles I want to say this to you. grandpa is very proud of for the person who've you become. I know I don't have the right to ever call myself your grandpa. please accept the shares and gifts I've gave you. Albert Butler
