Chapter 4 : The Contest

I arrive early at school, one of my classmates is crying, and they are all comfort her. "What happen to her?" I asked Xian, "She confess to the Senior student, the one that I'm telling you, the guy just embarrassed her infront of seniors, " Xian explained, "How could he do that" I react, Maybe that guys was too confident to himself. "It was the girl's fault, she shouldn't trespass at the Senior High Department, Junior high are not allowed to go there, but then she do that. However in some part. the guy did also wrong, He should not embarrassed a junior high school student infront of his fellowship." Zhuo explain. " for me it was her fault" President suddenly talk, "You are too young don't be too aggressive, " President follow. She was right, the girl is too aggressive to make a move. "Right! i have an announcement to make, we will be have a contest for today,. Every section in Junior high department will be having a participant. "and i have nominated one person" President follow. I was shocked when she pointed on us. Is it me or Xian Ching? i really don't like participating to this kind of contest. "I chose Zheng Shuang" President announce. Everyone was shocked and so do I, "I have already posted her pictures to the GC of the whole University. "Me?, why me?" I asked her.

"I just saw something interesting in you so I want nominated you as a the next University Goddess. "WHAT!!" Everyone react to. "What is that?" I asked Xian. "University goddess, was called to a girl who won the contest. Your several pictures has been posted online and everyone in the campus can see that so they can voted. " Xian explained, "Vote?" Zhuo asked. "Vote, students in the University have to voted to those nominated women who are the most beautiful in the University and the person who got it will become the University Goddess. " President also explain. "I'm not joining. " I follow up. "But i just posted your pictures online, you cant back out now" President explained.

She didn't even asked me earlier if I'd like to. She just let my photo posted. "Shuang, Your at the number 10" Xian said. "I don't want to see nor hear about that" I asked her. " The results will be announced that day before the University Festival" President suddenly said. "I won't win to that kind of contest. " I said. "Nope, I'm sure you are going to win" President followed.

She was too confident at that point. I'm worried that i might disappointed all of them in here. no one ever rejected in President's decision. they just all shock because of that. I also respect her decision but... but... I don't want all of them to be disappointed on me. just because of that. at the same time my private life would be so revealing. Everything will change if a won that contest.

"Are you okay?" Xian asked me, "Ah., Ye.. yes" I replied. I don't know how to talk to her. even Xian wants me to win that contest. "Don't be so pressured" Zhuo said, He really is my childhood friend. "That was just a contest, They just see your pictures but not your personal life." Zhuo comfort me. "OH!" Xian Shouted, they have also release the Photos of University heartthrob. "Huh?" I confusedly said. "University heartthrob, and the University goddess, will be the model for the University Festival." Xian followed. "WHAT!" I shockingly react. I put out my phone and check the photos. He.... is.... the guy i met 3 days ago. He is also a student here? His uniform is the same with Jiang Tao, means he is a senior student here?..... My heart beats so fast. Why do i feel this again. "What are you looking at?" Zhuo asked me. I immediately hidden back my phone to the bag. "That was nothing, he-he-he" I explained.

"Mr. Senior was also nominated in the contest. " Xian loudly said, i guess that mr. Senior is also too competitive to join the competition. "i think he was forced to join just like you" Xian said, "how do you say so?" Zhuo asked, "I just think so, is there any problem with that" Xian answer. here they are again starting to quarrel, "don't, start again your quarrel, Your both opinions are fine" I explained to them.

We headed back to the classroom, and the teacher starts to discuss for the last subject,. "Before i dismiss all of you, the University Festival will be held 3 weeks from now, that will be on July 8, " Teacher said, "Ah! have you planned for our section participation?" Teacher followed, "Yes sir, we will behaving a cafeteria" President said, "That was nice, oh i forgot, Goodluck to Zheng at the Contest, also Zhuo, " Teacher said, Zhuo??????? Did he... participate????

Class has been dismissed, "Zhuo!, did you joined?" I asked him., "Yes, we don't have any class representative so i joined just for fun" Zhuo replied on me., "Don't worry, if i win i will do my very best. if not them im glad " Zhuo explained. He really never changed, he joined what makes him happy, and what makes everyone happy.

I arrive home safely, "Zheng, your back" Mom van at me, "I have open another restaurant today" Mom surprisingly said. "I'm glad mom, but don't force yourself to do so much work" i recall what happen to her when she works to hard. I don't want her to turn out like the same as before. She is the most important person to me and i can't afford to lose her. "Don't worry that won't happen again" Mom said happily., "I have cooked for you. you should stay healthy. and focus on your studies" Mom remind me. "I will" I replied to her.
