It can be harmful for a girl's body 'coz her organs are not completely developed yet (some girls even have their 1st period after reaching 15 year of age) & a girl's body is not yet developed enough to carry a child (which can lead to mother's death while child birth) & most important thing her mentality it's not yet developed enough to carry the burden of a child which even leads to negligence in care of child
