Hi. I'm Ruth. I'm 18 and kind of introvert but I turn out to be someone else while playing basketball. I started playing from grade 5. I don't really like my name and everyone know me as Jen, written on the back of my jersey.

Ah sorry. My bad. Kim is my forever bestfriend but she is the total opposite of me.

That's all? Okay fine lemme just introduce myself. Heyyy. I am Kim. I love making friends and have many but Jen is one of my fav and best. We started playing basketball at the same time but I started to play only to spend my time with her but you know I had potential and the coach recognized me and yea that's all.

Morning at school

Don't say me you are not? You know I can't go alone.

We are going to play and you don't need me then.

Heya! You want to die?

I'm too lazy and I haven't even packed anything. If you help then I'll go.

015__Jen

Okay fine. And lemme remind you no stalking boys there.

In her mind: (Obviously I will. How can I not stalk boys? I'll also find one for you this time😆😆)

015__Jen

Whatever. The starting match is ours and we need to leave by noon so let's go home and pack your stuff.

Who's gonna ask for permission to leave school campus during school hours?

(Gave a stern look)

Well okay okay I'll go. Wait for me near the gate.

They packed the necessary items and waited for the school bus to arrive.

The tournament was held by another school which was an hour away from Kim's home.

Both the boys and the girls team were participating.

At the venue

Nobody is going to get in any kind of trouble and if you do, you're gonna sit for the rest of the tournament. So everybody did you understand?

Everyone responded with a yes.

Shit! It's still in the washing machine it means. Duh!!

It's okay don't be a cry baby now. Get ready fast. The opening ceremony starts at 20 mins.

Okay. (makes a gloomy face)

All the participants gathered in the court school wise.

There were total 12 school and each school was represented by the students of the school that is hosting the tournament.

Ceremony ended and match started.

Coach

You already know what to do and what not. No more explanation and do your best.

By the third quarter Jen's team was leading by 18 points. It was sure that they were going to win the first match. (There are four quarters in basketball and the team with more points win the game)

Even though we are leading I still want everyone to focus.

Everyone chanted yes.

Jen and her team won by 9 points. It was a victory.

The second match was between the boys. The host school (School X) and Jen's school (School Y).

They are a tough competitor. Did you saw Jersey 15? He's playing really well

Wait!? I never see you complementing other guys when they are playing against our boys but what just happen now??

Well no hard feelings but he is really playing good.

The game continued and in the last quarter the game was neck to neck.

I think the opp. team is going to win.

In her mind: Lol what did I say? Gawd she's going to make a big issues out of it now.

You just confessed that you supporting the 15 guy. Do you like him? He's cute not gonna lie but Jersey 35 is more cute and handsome. Ugh whatever do you need his name? His information-

015__Jen

Stop. He just played well and unknowingly it came out of my mouth so shut your mouth.

Jen was shy and her face turned red like a tomato.
