EP2.Bonding between them

The dark Knight come back to his house, of course he doesn't live inside the kingdom, and not be one of the citizen that lives there, he just simply live in the woods, the forest, he build his own base.

His house is inside a hill, from there, there a hole inside goes to the hill, they're now underground in some kind of caves, in the cave there is crow house, that made of woods, beside the house is a water fall, it's amazing that there a good view inside a cave.

Both of them goes inside the house, crow prepared dishes for the both if them, the girl is expecting his step-dad face, but she forgot one thing.

The one problem she forgot is, crow doesn't actually need to put down his helmet to eat or drink, because there a place to eat.

And of course, she is disappointed, then looking at the girl depressed like that, crow asked her, "I don't... want to call you... girl over and... over again." says him, the girl a bit confused what was he said, then she finally figured that the dark Knight want to know her name, "My name is zena."

"Zena... that, a nice, name." Said him while eating his own food, zena eat some soup, but it seems crow is eating noodle, zena was expecting that he would eat big meat like crocodilw because of crow appearancrxbut instead... just a cheap noodle.

After eating their food, crow started a conversation with zena, "Zena... do you have, ever goes, to school?" Crow asked zena, and then zena says, "No I never did... in my village, school are for they that have money."

Then the Knight just sitting there, menacingly, making zena frightened for a bit, and then he stand up, and goes outside of the house, zena feel scared because he just suddenly slienced and leaves the house.

So she still sitting there, after 10 minute passes, zena decided to go out, and check outside, but in there in the cave, no sight of someone.

So zena decided to go in into the house again waiting for crow to come back home.

She scared that crow would punish her because she feel scared of crow appearance, so all she did is just walking around the house to check the rooms, after few minute passes, there a voice from outside, so zena walk into the door.

There he is, the dark knight have just been come back from his walk, crow close the door, and pull her hand inside, now they're in the dining room again.

Zena feel scared, then crow take a paper out of his small bags, and gave her the paper, "Take... this, I have, been, written a form, to enroll you in School." Says crow, and then all that fear in zena body goes in a seconds.

She thought she gonna slap her or maybe do bad things to her, but it seems she have been missunderstand about him, "You did this for me...?" says zena, but then crow doesn't answer and walk away to his room, but when he is in front of his room door, he said, "I... didn't do this, for you, it's for my, daughter, next week, you gonna be, in school, now." So the dark knight entered his own room.

Crow didn't tell zena where is her room, but what on her mind was, she think crow wanted to say, just pick the room she want.

And surely zena goes into a room that she already checked before, now the place outside the cave is dark, it mean for both of them to take a sleep.

Day time comes, crow decided to go out to some village to buy her everyday outfit, he can't go inside kingdom and walk around the mall, so instead, he and that girl, walk into the nearby village.

Crow take his horse and ride it with zena, so they start moving into the nearby village there, they have been arrived, but the people of the village seems doesn't scared of crow, so zena asked him, "Why does they not scared of you?" and then crow put zena down, and of course, he leave his horse too.

"it's... a long story, like, acquaintance." Zena just nodded, and not giving more question, so both of them walk into the village, from their left and right so many houses and kids, there a man with dark hair, and used tank top, he said to crow, "Crow, I heard that you burned the village around here, is it true?" and then all crow did is nodded, and then that man say, "Well don't burn this village okay...?" And crow laughed and answer him, "Sure enough... if they gave me money, I will do anything, even, burn this, village." and both of them just laughing.

Zena seems confused, why did that man laughed about being dead...?

So zena decided to ask him, "Uncle-uncle!" she said, then the man look at the girl direction, at first he didn't realize but, now he realized that crow is holding hand with that girl and says to crow, "Man you even steals kids...!"

"Yes, I do, she mine, property now." and then the man laughed and says, "Hahaha that funny crow, but that not how is it right? right...?"

"Well, no but, actually she, my, adopted daughter." The man gave a laugh again and give zena more confused why the man always laughing and says to crow, "I see I see, you're adopting her huh...? so how goes the adoption work, did you have the form or something...?"

Both of them just standing silence and then crow said to him, "Oh... it's easy, to, adopt someone, just kill, their mother, and done." and the man touch his own head and say, "Ack my head feel hurt, I can't keep up with the joke, but I think you wasn't joking at all, so girl, you want to ask me about something right?"

And zena nodded and ask him, "Why aren't the people in the village aren't scared of him...? I mean he burned down your neighboring village." and then he headpat the girl and says, "Well you see, it's a complicated story, actually this person is a people of this village before he became dark knight, we know his face, actually his kids face, but when he almost hit teenage, he just gone and came back with these weird metal, armor, iron, on his body."

So the girl just nodded there, and then the man says to her, "Well it seems you're his daughter now, take care of this weird iron guy." and then zena just went, "Okay!" so both of crow and zena just walk away from the man.
