i know it's not easy for you to go and share it with everyone but try to find a figure whom you can share everything without any hesitation and by any chance if you don't find one best solution which is used by me it's not that I don't have any friends but i know it's hard it's really hard to say such thing so write it down on a paper put all your thoughts in it now matter what because people may judge you but that piece of paper will not so give time to yourself if you are feeling low take up and and a paper write everything whatever you are feeling good bad if it's bad write it down crush it of and through it away it's a method i use i hope it will help you to... You know I'm a good listener I have heard a lots of problem like this and I am still a teenager who is still growing up but I understand them because I have gone through it so it's better to share it off but if you don't have any choice please don't let it go inside you and make you dark and mess just share it off , if not write it down..

adding a few points on what my cutie said- There's no single cause of depression. It can occur for a variety of reasons and it has many different triggers. For some people, an upsetting or stressful life event, such as bereavement, divorce, illness, redundancy and job, money worries, friends or families can be the cause. Different causes can often combine to trigger depression. but the main thing is we don't talk about it why?? we feel shame we think how are people gonna react to it. A small example - if you have fever, cough or any physical pain what you do you normally go and have medicine or if it gets serious you go to the doctor but at the same place if you are having some mental breakdown felling stressed or having anxiety you'll just ignore it or some people go and smoke or have alcohol nobody takes it seriously but we shouldn't be doing the as much as your physical health is important please give as much as importance to your mental health tooo...
