Before Reincarnation

Sheng Yanling had a bad and iffy feeling since she drive her car out of her house with her brother; Sheng Rulan to bring him to his first college school.

He seems excited but also nervous, he has been fidgeting with his finger when his nervous like before. We were talking happily, dropping him at his school and waving goodbye so I can go to work.

Yanling sighs go behind him to massage his sore muscles, he sighs in relief and feels better.

‘‘A-die how about we go and pick up A-lan so I can cook at home for us… hm,’’ He knew that his daughter won’t give up until he agreed, standing up from the office chair that he had been sitting in.

Remembering something he took a key at Yanling see always carried around, and grab an old wood box that has gold, blue, silver, white, and green carving on it. He inserted the key into the locked. It opens it selves showing two jewels.

One is a ring that has a Fuchsia and Sapphire color diamond in a blossoming flower and another one is a waist tassel pendant. It has pearls so clear like a moon, a white jade pendant, and another color Fuchsia vessel hanging looking beautifully.

"What is this for A-die..." Yanling asks as she looks at the jewels curiously

"This is what your Niang asked me to give you when you're 26 years old..." He said looking at the jewels solemnly but also fondly expression. Picking up the ring, he held his daughter's hand and slip it on her middle finger fitting perfectly.

"Please take care of this jewelry perfectly..." He said handing over the wood box to her, she was still stunned but hold the box tightly.

Her mother died in a car accident when she was only about 12 and her brother was about 9 years old. When the three grieve over her, Yanling got over it because of the responsibility of taking care of her brother and father. They manage to overcome the sad and defeated feeling of standing up again.

Her mother's jewelry collection has a unique but cool design that can't be found anywhere. But this jewelry in the elegant and gorgeous box feels unsettling but feels right. Yanling feels like she needs this jewel in the future.

"This ring is the proposal ring I give her but she take it off 2 years before her death she quoted 'Lao gong can you give this box to A-ling when she 26 years old. It is a heritage from my Shen family.' She said that the ring is made from a rare Fuchsia diamond and this waist tassel pendant shows that you are worthy of the Shen family blood."

Yanling take the waist pendant looking at it carefully, the pendant flashed an image of a white-green spider-lily with a blue vine circle around it before it faded away. She snaps out of the daze after it disappears, her A-die looking at her worried. She smiles to not worry about her A-die too much before putting the pendant in her skirt pocket.

"A-die looks like it's about dinner time we should go and pick up A-lan from college, so we can make dinner together."

He sighs nodded lets his favorite and beautiful daughter drag him to the parking lot. On the way to Rulan college, they talk about the past, their work, and their day. It was a peaceful ride with Yanling driving the car and her A-die sitting in the ride.

Rulan ran from his new friends to the car. After sitting in the front seat near his sister he hugs and kiss his A-die on the cheek. He is a talkative person so the ride is more noisy but pleasant in the car. He talks about his first day, friends, and on and on about his day none stop.

But they didn’t notice a trunk cross the red light and crash into them severely, Yanling being the nearest to the trunk has blood running down her forehead. Her family is all heavily injured, breathing difficulty struggling for their last breath.

‘Look like this is my last breath…’ she thought holding the ring and the pendant tightly.

She woke as an infant she lived in Holy village for two years without a sibling. After Shen Qing Qiu was born that when she know that it was her brother. The reason is that he speaks the Chinese language, not the soul land language.
