enemy or friend?

The candle that

became the only light in the room and a good advantage for Maki to find a

hiding spot got blown off by the wind from the open window. Maki still remain

not moving and looking at Mei, Mei gave her a deathly gaze and was about to

grab her…

*Last afternoon*

“Oh well this

world doesn’t know how to welcome to something like me, instead gave me

troubles the moment I step in…sigh” Mei said not realizing a kid with teary

eyes looking at her, she turn around and saw the kid. She bends down and her eyes

turn into blue, her face and voice becomes gentler, “what’s wrong dear?” She

asked the kid with a smile, the kid looked at her carefully and hugged her. in

her thoughts: they said lids are innocent ones and naughty ones too “Little

girl are you lost? You know, you can’t always cling onto me also if you need

help you should tell it to me directly.” The little girl detaches and apologize

to Mei, she told Mei that she can’t find its way home and no one is helping her,

“Ah I see but little girl I’m a foreign and I don’t know much about this place

but I can help you at asking around” Mei said with a bright smile and the

little girl nods and hold her hand.

Mei asked around

until she found the place where the kid lives, while walking on the streets Mei

accidentally let go of the kid’s hand and it lead for the kid to run just to

catch up on her but accidentally bump onto someone (Maki) and instead of

apologizing it run away. “Mhmm next time when you bump onto someone accidentally

you should apologize, do you understand?” Mei said “I will and I’m sorry kind

lady” the kid said lowering her head, “It’s ok for now I’ll apologize to the

lady for you, cause were near your home now but promise to me now you’ll do it

when you made a mistake or something wrong.” Mei said patting the head of the

little girl still smiling, “yes I promise and I won’t forget your kindness” the

kid said hugging Mei. “Also kind lady I’m Lisa, what about you can I know your

name?”  Mei froze for a moment and looks

at the kid, “I…I am Mei” Mei said shyly, “Whoa what a beautiful name, plum…will

soon bloom” the kid said giggling, the two wave good byes and the little girl’s

mother thanked Mei…

“So So will you

not talk?” Mei asked Maki, Maki grabs Mei by the neckline, “yes I can little

demon” Maki said with a smirk. “I see but sadly girl I’m not a demon and never

has been one” Mei said, “Is that so? What are you then?” Maki asked with a cold

look. ”sigh I am a…I am a member of the fallen realm…” Mei said with a blank

and sad look, “W-what? What fallen realm?” Maki asked in a confused tone, Mei

sighed and starts to tell a tale about her home…

“Long ago in the

world of immortality there is three realms the heavenly realm, The Guardians

realm and The dark realm. It was led by a chief god, The chief god is the most

powerful of all immortality but every immortals have weaknesses that may lead

on their own horrible or sad death.” Mei stopped and  shove Maki’s hand, seats down on a chair

behind, snaps her fingers and the candle lit up.
