Alex Fury Arc - 5 - Turn

Stacia's POV

Alex asked me to find a shelter for the women and children that are Reigners to a place far away to Dotun City, I don't know what he's planning but he took all the men with him.

He also copied all of their Reigns including the Reigners I'm taking with.

I don't know how many Reigns he have now, but with him leading them to fight Ayes, I know he'll pull it off, I hope.

Ayes POV

Alex already had us, but all he know is just, I'm their leader, thanks to Blue, and Rea's reign, and Wey's Reign is worth taking for himself.

He don't know my Reign, and most of all, he don't know how many we are.

We have 3 Founders, which have the most powerful Reign here, including me, 9 Generals, which are all of them are very well trained and experienced in battle, they already brought down 3 to 5 each of the Scope Mechas, which each one can wipe out a hundred of the Scope Soldier, with its powerful missiles, and Lazer rifle, that are ten times more powerful than a live ammo.

(Scope Mechas is the Scope Company's advanced tank machine, costed them 100,000,000 Den to make one, and Scope Soldier is a soldier equipped with the highest grade weapons and armor, with the same level of training)

12 Commanders, minus Blue, that are managing the other hundred more Reigners, each of them are like 8 or 9 each, I don't know the exact numbers.

Since Rea is the one doing those things, I'm the one who told her the basic orders, and she do the complete work.

I know she's a Manga addict, but the way she is organized is really unnatural, well, she is a model after all.

I don't know how many Alex's men have, but I'm not gonna be in a disadvantage with this.

Thank God I played a lot of War games back before this incident, I'm a full time gamer, but luckily I red a lot of comics about historical stories, and wars.

But now I get to use this knowledge I have, thanks to this incident.

I'm about to talk to the Generals with the 3 of us Founders.

I walked in the meeting room, and saw all the Generals sitting on the clumped up chairs and tables, they're not as organize as you may look at them though.

"Sir Ayes." Andy said in surprise to see me walked in.

He's the leader of the Generals, Andy, his Reign is Counter, he could deal double the amount of damage he received.

He's a reliable person, and he's the first General I've met, I also won in our fight before we even met, that's a long story but, let's not.

"Andy, I want you to lead the task of defeating Alex." I commanded.

Alex POV

I asked the men with Reign to find the other Reigners that those guys hid, of course I help finding them beforehand.

My plan is to be a bait, and atleast lure in the other Reign Corp in one area, I know, the leader, Ayes is gonna command other Reigners to fight me instead, because he don't want to risk his own damned life to.

So I used Space Manipulation Reign to create a signal to where I am, all I did is channel my presence and spread it across the Dotun City, my location is where the strongest presence is.

I'm not gonna fully fight them, I'm just buying time for the others to take in as must Reigners as they can, I'll retreat after they did.

I need to reduce their forces as low as possible, so that they'll have to postpone their plan to go on a war against the Lanima Officials, small army can't take on a fleet of warships, so the war games told me.

Or is it a different quote.

After we took in some Reigners that's where we'll fight them, not in Dotun City anymore, but where the S-1 Branch is.

I gave them a signal using Reality Reign to create one, it's a small device but not complicated.

(Signal Device is the same as the Wave Signal of Scope Company, but this doesn't jam, but just puts a word in Alex's right eye that says "We're done")

If they're done taking in some Reigners then they'll signal me and Miss Stacia, Miss Stacia will teleport them to the place she specified to hide in, afterwards, I'll wait Miss Stacia to help me here.

I released my presence already to signal the others to ready, I have about 30 mins to bait the other Reigners, Ayes sent, to distract them here.

The men with Reign is strong enough to take down atleast 2 Commanders.

Miss Stacia told me that there are Commanders, Generals, and Founders in Reign Corp.

She's a Commander, and a General is 5 times stronger than her, and a Founder is ultimately strong.

But I've beaten Miss Rea, She's a Founder, does that mean I can take on a lot of Generals?

"Sir Alex!!" Someone shouted above the destroyed building.

I looked up and saw many people surrounding me, I'm in the middle of Dotun City, which is the Dotun Park, to think they send a lot.

"Alex, so you hid behind your friends?" Kart said.

"They're not my friends, they're my allies, you were my friends back then, but not anymore." I said.

"That's some big talk." I think that's they're leader.

"You're not leaving this place alive, you're grave will be here." Their leader said proudly.

Kart, John, Carl, Jonathan, Justin, what happened?

"Sorry, but I'm not dying today." I said bravely.

To fight them all by myself, I had to use only Reality Reign to create a copy of the men I sent to take the Reigners on the other side of this fight.

They'll either take in those Reigners or fight them, my bet is of course, the latter one.

But I didn't ask them to force them to, those who're just willing.

If the unthinkable happened I'll bail out using Space Manipulation.

I look like I have many people with me thanks to Reality Reign, but it takes a lot of energy.

Their leader, Ayes, isn't here, so of course, this is bad, no, its terrible.

"You're not gonna rely on your people for long." Their leader said.

Really now? I step out of the illusions, the illusions are behind me now.

"Can I know your name?" I asked.

"Andy." He said.

"Andy, lemme ask again, how'd you met those people behind you."

"Hmm, Kart is my brother, Carl is our cousin, John I'd Kart'n friend, Jonathan too, Justin as well, and you too, but you betrayed them, that's why I inclined with this order." He said.

I had to only use one Reign to fight this group of Reigners, and it's not looking so hot.

Justin initiated an attack to my left, they fired a metal ball, and of course, I used Reality Reign to control the Reigner's copy on the left, and conjure it a wall.

It looked like someone used a Reign to create a wall to block that other than me, I have 10 men with me, but they're just an illusion.

Let me just explain it in a simpler way.

I had to keep the illusions of men with me, so that they thought we're only in one place, so I kept on using Reality Reign for a long amount of time.

Reality Reign can do a lot of crazy stuff, so long as you know what you're doing, and if you have a lot of imagination.

Miss Rea only focused her Reign on her own self-interest, so she have a gap on her way on her Reign.

I used it in a way everyone perceived it as I am with other Reigners.

I commanded the three illusions on my right to throw a flame bomb at the enemy to the right, the two looked like they're helping the one in the middle to conjure a flame bomb, but I just created a flame bomb using Reality Reign.

I learned that a Reigner can give his/her Energy of using Reign to another Reign to give it a bonus Energy, but the giver have to be close, I saw that on the people of Miss Stacia, they tried creating a bomb by giving the Reigner a lot of energy to increase its power.

It's a little tricky to pull it off, but in a Reigner's level.

Since it's a multi tasking, it's hard to keep this up.

They throw it at them and blasted a lot of them, it's crazy how powerful I made that, but, I'm getting tired of doing this.

Before I lose a lot of energy, I commanded an illusion behind me to blast an air at the enemy on the back.

They got pushed back a lot.

I'm losing a lot of energy, so I have to keep my composure to not let myself be caught.

I used my Earth Reign on my left hand to shake the floor and redirect it at the enemies at the front, to their leader.

They ran on a certain formation and ended up in a single area.

Thank God, I'm hetting tired at focusing at a lot of areas.

Kart put a barrier , I didn't even know he can do that.

I commanded the flame bomb illusions to create another one and blast it at the barrier.

After they charged it up, they fired it at the barrier.

It blasted a lot of area.

The barrier cracked, and continuously break.

And I saw their group leader being beaten up by his teammates.

What?

What the heck is wrong with them?

"Now." Andy said.

He charged at me, passing through all the illusion, in just a second.

Sh*t he got me.

He punched me on the stomach, after that the illusion breaks, and I flew back a few meters.

That hurt like hell!

Did he found out?

Who is he?

How'd he deal a lot of damage to me, despite the fact I'm a super soldier.

Of course this didn't end well for me.

"How do you like that?" Andy said.

"Sorry, not sorry Alex, we're surviving this mess, and you're just in the wrong side." Kart said.

"You could've just join us, but you have to fight us, and that's you're mistake." John said.

"I'm not in the wrong here." I said.

I'm tired, but I can still heal, I can probably fight more.

It's not 30 minutes and I'm not holding up.

Stacia's POV

I am currently leading the women and children with Reigners to a place to hide them, I already thought of where would that be.

In my family's garage.

My dad loves collecting a lot of cars back in the day, but since he's gone now, I can still use the garage.

It's an underground garage, that my brother gave him a present, and bought him a lot of cars afterwards.

Since no one owns it now, it was given to me by my brother, since he have no use for it anyways.

He's a bit rich.

Too rich.

I used my Space Manipulation Reign to create a portal towards it.

I say portal, but it's actually teleportation, all I had to do to take someone with me, to coordinate a certain area, teleport the people in that area to the specified destination.

It's a bit complex, but it's easier when I'm alone.

And after I led them there, a moment later, the other men Reigners already sent me a message that they're done and where they are.

Alex's plan is a good one, but it puts him to a lot of risk, so that's why after I finished doing this task, I'll go straight to his aid.

After I teleported to the other men's location.

It didn't end well.

They're captured by the Reign Corp, they're all tied up and kneeled down.

"So, you think you got away that easy, Blue?" Ayes said, while standing in the middle.

"Ayes."

"OH, no sir, have you forgotten the honorifics.?"

"Don't think that you've gotten away, and thought that everything will be fine, just because you thought I wouldn't find you after the Alex incident." He said in a angered way.

"I never once agreed to your goals." I said.

"True, no one ever heard your opinion about my plan, and I never once get this mad for betraying me, you wanna know why?"

"BECAUSE NO ONE DARED TO DO SO!" He said, with his facial expression in a sadistic way.

I have to get out of here, since I don't want to left the men Reigners, I blocked Ayes path to them by using my Reign, and teleported them to the garage.

"Oh you have the guts to use your Reign on me?!" He shouted.

He broke my barrier by overpowering it with his aura, that's one of his scariest skills.

I blocked it with my Space Manipulation, but I still got pushed back a bit.

"So, your Reign is Spacial magic, I thought I'd known it full well, since we fought side by side before." He said in a jealous way.

"I have never known it myself back then, but when I fought Alex, he told me my true Reign is, and he didn't treat me like a war machine, even though I failed him both as a friend, and as an adult." I said earnestly.

"Really, does that differ the two of us?" He said.

"No, he's far more away from you." I said.

"Really?"

"How about you take a look at this." He said while showing a footage in a hologrammed screen.

Showing Alex being beaten by the Generals.

No, I stranded too long here, I must help him!

I tried teleporting there but.

"You're not getting away that easy." Miss Rea said and conjured a barrier around me.

"NO!!" I shouted.

And I burst my whole Reign around, breaking the barrier apart.

I teleported the men Reigners first to the underground garage.

Then I teleported to Alex's side, and conjured a barrier.

"Miss Stacia?" Alex said with his face beaten, and rough vocal.

"We have to go, the men Reigner almost got captured by Ayes." I said.

"I failed, huh?" He said.

"It's not over yet." I said.

"Ma'am Stacia!" General Andy said.

He's someone who thinks of me as a close friend, but I never once did, since he's so annoying.

"How could you do this to us?" He asked.

"You'll know soon." I said.

And teleported away to the garage.

The others are there, untying the other men Reigners that got caught.

So we failed huh?

Rea's POV

She have Space Manipulation Reign?

It's more powerful than mine!

She broke my barrier with her own!

I can't accept this!

"To think she will be the first one to betray me." Ayes said depressive.

"Why do you feel sad about it?" I asked.

"I trusted her, and I never once did anything to fail her, how could I be OUTMATCHED BY SOME BYSTANDER!!!???" He shouted in a desperate screech.

"We should kill her." Wey said.

"Correct." I said.

"What will our reason for killing her and Alex?" Ayes asked.

"What do you mean, they ruined our plan that has a purpose to help other people, they have to be punished for stopping our plan!" Wey said.

"That's not good enough reason." Ayes said.

"That'll delay our plans even more." He said.

Ayes doesn't make any sense, if we keep them alive, they'll hinder our plans even more in the future, Blue already know our full plan, they only need to find a way to stop it.

But why would they even stop something that helps others, that doesn't make sense either, that's more than enough reason to kill them, they're stopping something that contributes to the society, they must be killed.

They shall be.

"Ayes, I'll kill those two, I'm not asking permission, if you don't want to come then don't, I'm going by myself if I have to." I said.

"Rea."

"Then I'm going too, I have a score to settle to that Alex." Wey said.

"NO, THIS IS NOT THE PLAN!" Ayes shouted.

"It's fine Ayes, you can continue the plan, we'll catch up to you, only the two of us will go."

"Besides, I CAN'T JUST LET SOME B1TCH OVERPOWER ME AND JUST FVCKING LEAVE!.."

"Rea." Ayes said in a worry.

"Let's go Rea." Wey said.

I followed him afterwards.

Alex POV

'I'm so sorry Alex.' A woman said in a sad and sorry way.

A figure of a woman appeared in front of me, the brightness of light behind her covered her face, almost not showing her face entirely, but that voice never left my memory for a very long time.

My mother.

'I tried my best to not lead your life into this mess'

'But it turned out I failed you as as mother'

'I left you to when you needed me the most'

Failed?

You've never failed as my mother, you've always been my inspiration for every action of my life, it's the very reason why I fought for everyone right now, I want to show you my determination and bravery.

Even though I failed now, that doesn't mean I will keep failing in the future, you'll always be with me in all my life, even death can't tear that love that I had for you.

'I love you, Alex."

I love you more mother.

And that brightness shone brightly, covering a pure white on my sight, then.

...

I woke up seeing a white ceiling, feeling a soft warm on my head.

A dream? It's too fuzzy.

Then I realized my head was lying down in Miss Stacia's lap.

"Alex, you're wake up." She said.

I stood up quickly and feel awkward.

Then remembered that fight, it was a failed plan, I almost got beaten in a Never-ending cycle, I don't know if I'm thankful to my regeneration or not now.

I saw the men Reigners and the other women and children here, but no sign of new faces.

Of course I failed.

I was too confident on myself, maybe if I could've thought of countermeasure, this wouldn't have happen.

I was to eager being a leader, I wasn't even in a whole day in my Business Manager job, thanks to this mess.

Why am I doing this anyways, I could just leave everything and live a normal life again.

Of course, I'd look for something to blame to.

"ALEX!" Miss Stacia shouted and slapped both my face with her hands.

I was shook and woke up to reality again, why am I thinking like this, I can't act like this forever.

"Good, you're back, you're spacing out and having that look on you, all the Reigners are waiting for your response." She said.

I forgot how beautiful she is though.

Anyway.

I saw all the Reigners standing there in front, they're worried of course.

I was too pessimist, I should not be like this if I'm going to be a BM.

(BM is Business Manager in short term)

"What should we do next?" Miss Stacia asked.

I stood up, and cleaned up the crumbles in my body.

"We're changing our plans."

I'm not giving up, I saw a vision of my mom, she said she doesn't want me to be in this situation, that means she knows something, that just motivates me to not give up, the Reign Corp is plotting something bigger than they said, their plan is more than that, the aftermath of that plan is where their true plan is going to occur.

And also...

'BOOM!'

After I said that an explosion just set off and a slight earthquake to the right of the garage.

Miss Stacia blocked all the debris falling from the ceiling of the garage using her Space Manipulation.

And saw one of the Founders of Reign Corp.

The one who destroyed a whole building in my fight with their leader.

Wey, I think that's his name according to Miss Stacia.

I should not be stupid with this one.

"Miss Stacia, teleport them to another safe place!" I said.

"But you!?" She asked hinting me again.

"Don't worry, you have your opponent." I said hinting her.

"Miss Rea." She said after taking the hint.

"We'll talk about the new plan after this, just go." I said.

I sensed Miss Rea coming on the other side of this garage with the Space Manipulation.

I sent Miss Stacia the plan I had using Reality Reign, but that's gonna be for a moment, after this fight.

I readied myself of course

While Miss Stacia quickly teleported them somewhere.

I hope they're safe.

I should not be confident about this, but why do I feel so much courage.

"I sure am, and this is not the first time I'm hearing this about me." I said.

"Really?"

"Really." I said.

"Good, cause I'll kill you for that stupid attitude of yours!" He said.

"Who're you to judge what I should be?" I asked.

"HAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Ayes POV

Rea just gave a vibe I haven't felt before, it's like she's just exerted a different person's aura, and I'm not fine after that, I'm worried.

I hope this doesn't end in a different way.

Or else, Alex and Blue will face the most terrifying person they've wished they didn't anger.

I probably can't fight her in that state now.

That's why I didn't stop her and Wey to leave.

I'm just continuing the plan, advance to the Lanima Officials.

I'm starting a war, since we're in the same Region, so it's a civil war.

'THAT'S RIGHT, KILL ALL THE ONES YOU DEEMED WORTHLESS, ALEX, LANIMA OFFICIALS, AND THE ONES WHO OPPOSE YOU, FOLLOW YOUR DREAM'

That's weird, who's that?

Anyways.

"Reigners, it's time!" I shouted while in front of every Reigners.

"We're going on a war, against the Lanima Officials, and we'll end their rein in Lanima Region, and change this corrupted Region!"

"YEEEAAAAH!!!!!"

Everyone shouted in a howl, ready to fight.

The Reigners I currently have will be enough to fight them, me, 10 Generals, I gave 2 with Rea, and the other Commanders and Reigners.

My plan is to surround them, I'll position the Shielders up front, then the damage accumulator will be behind, I'll destroy one of the Scope Branch.

I'm targeting the one with the storage building, so that they'll have trouble stacking on them.

I targeted that because, I know those Officials will force some resources on Mr.Scope, I chose the one that the Officials have control on the most.

That'll slow then down, and Mr.Scope is smart enough not to get involve in a ridiculous war with just this many of soldiers.

That's why I'm attacking now.

Where the Officials have stacked problems with them.

I laid down the concrete plan on a document, and gave them each on the Reigners.

Since my former job back then was a Secretary Chief, this is a flying cake to me, I printed them all and ask the Generals to distribute them all.

"This is the full proof plan I printed, go distribute them to the other Reigners." I commanded.

"Of course Sir." One of the Generals said, then he took the documents with him.

Gerald is a former gang leader, he might be a crazy guy, but he acknowledge anyone stronger than him, I'm one of those people.

His Reign is Objector, which influences any object, the cost of his Reign depends on the size of the object, it's pretty crazy though.

All of this Reigner will be my people, this gonna be my big day.

After the documents are given, a few hours after they red it.

"Alright, you all know what the plan is now!"

"I'm leading everyone to the designated area, that's where we'll attack!"

"But 3 Generals will follow me, we'll have a separate mission!"

"The specified people will follow the current plan, while the 3 Reigners and me will go straight to the Lanima Officials, take over this damned Region!"

"We'll stop the plan after me and the 3 Reigners succeeded!"

"The only obstacle we have now is that if Mr.Scope joined in the fight."

"But what about this Alex?" Gerald ask.

"Rea already took care of him." I said.

"Let's go, never fail me Reigners!" I shouted.

"YEEEAAAAH!!" Everyone shouted.

"WE HAVE THE POWER TO FIGHT, THEN WE'LL FIGHT!!" I shouted.

"FIGHT!!!"

After that howl, we left the premise of our basement.

And head towards the neighboring country, where the storage building of the Scope Company, while me and the 3 Reigners, headed to the main office of the Lanima Officials.

Our war just officially started.
