Deborah rushed to Tasheni's room...

"What are you doing in my daughter's room?don't you know where you are supposed to be?get up now(she slapped me as I was shaking in fear)..go to the kitchen and prepare some hot water for my children, don't you know they are supposed to be in school?and what time do you think you'll start sweeping ai?she yelled so bitterly.

"Mum stop it!I am tired of you suffocating this poor girl,this is my room and I decide who comes in and out of this room and hence forth I don't want to see the both of you in this room. Mwaka was only sleeping next to me because I insisted, yes mother I asked her to spend the night here, is it a problem? And as for you Tapiwa this should be the last time I hear you talk negatively about Mwaka" Tasheni yelled.

"And what will you do if I don't stop huh?what can you do to me!don't forget I came first before you" Tapiwa quarreled..

"Exactly! You just said it, we could be twins but we didn't come out at the same time so please mind your own business and leave me alone...I can't even rest in my own father's house? Hell no mother!..this has to end if not I promise you that I'll kill this girl you call a human being as for me I doubt if she is really human,she could be a zombie or a vampire and definitely this house isn't the place for such characters" Tasheni screamed at them..

"Shut up the both of you!look at you both,why are you trying to kill each other? Fine if you don't want Me and Tapiwa to enter your room then count it done but I will only tell you one thing... Since you have decided to play the Angel, well never in your life should you ask me for anything,I will no longer give you money for shopping....and as for you Mwaka your days are numbered in this house so please don't be too comfortable because any day from now you could leave this house,I am tired of you bringing confusion in my own house" Aunt Deborah yelled at us.

"As long as this is my father's house I will do as I please!" Tasheni grabbed my hand and we went to the kitchen.

With tears in my eyes,feeling unwanted I slowly made breakfast as memories of my mother came to my mind....

"Mwaka!(she tapped my shoulder).. The eggs are burning,what's going on?" Tasheni asked.

"Oh no!(I got back to reality)...I am sorry I got distracted, let me get another pan...am so sorry" I said

"What were you thinking about? I could tell that you were lost in thoughts... Talk to me,what is bothering you" she asked me as I was frying the eggs.

"I just miss my mother so much,when she was alive she made sure she made breakfast before I was awake,she treated me like a princess... Tasheni I used to go to school too and every morning my mother could fix my hair" I shed tears as I let out my emotions

"Please don't cry,I know everything will be okay..see when I get back from school like I promised I will take you out for shopping,so that you can leave these gates of hell and see the other part of the world" Tasheni comforted me.

The girls took a bath and had their breakfast, and as usual they left for school.

I quickly cleaned the house and went to my room,I took my phone and I downloaded some songs,music was my world..it filled my solitude and made me feel safe.

It was 11 and I rushed to the kitchen to prepare lunch. I made pasta with mince and I grated some cheese to make the mince creamy. Immediately I finished cooking I heard the door open...

"Hope today you've cooked on time!" Tapiwa came with her moods.

"Can't you smell the aroma?or your nose has stopped functioning I fix it for you?is Mwaka your maid?why can't you make your own food princess Tapiwa!" Tasheni mocked her.

"Please don't argue,and yes I just finished cooking. By the time you'll be coming back from your rooms to drop your bags I will be done setting the table" I said..

"Stop pretending to be nice here,we can fight if we choose to and these nothing you can do about it..well I am going to put my bag and I will be back shortly I want to...#tbc
