DEATH PART-3

It's been two days since Lilliana was locked in the dungeon, she was crouching in a corner, wimping like an abandoned puppy.

Her complexion was white, swollen eyes, dark circles, chapped lips and she even lost some weight, she looked thin and was barely breathing.

...I can't believe it still..... it's a nightmare, how can Ruby do something like this to me....why does she hate me so much, why my father never showed concern to me? why am i living like this? what did i do to deserve this?...

Lilliana couldn't help but cry and think.

Suddenly she heard the sound of clack as if they were walking towards her prison.

"Oh my! Sister!" It was Ruby, she had held Jared's arm as she felt sympathy towards Lilliana.

While Lilliana was surprised as she looked at them both, the crown prince was emotionless as he was merely escorting Ruby.

"What are you here for?" Lilliana asked with a serious expression.

"Oh sis, don't be like this, if you beg me then i will talk with my father" Ruby said as she snickered at her.

While Lilliana gritted her teeth and glared at Ruby, for a second Ruby felt shivers but then grasped Jared's arm tightly.

She then said with a proud face, "We are getting married soon" She wanted to see Lilliana's pathetic look.

Whereas Lilliana was silent as she didn't care anymore, she smiled at her, surprising them both.

"Congratulations then" She said as she smiled brightly, Jared felt guilty while Ruby was filled with anger deep inside her heart.

"My lord, can you give us some time alone, please, i want to have a conversation with my sister" Ruby said with pleasing eyes as she looked at Jared while he sighed and walked away.

"Tch! How troublesome!" Jared said annoyingly as he walked out of the prison.

"Look at me carefully, now I'm not lady Ruby but Princess Ruby, by the way do you know why i did all this" Ruby said as she scoffed and was proud.

Lilliana frowned and said as she glared, "No matter what, you will only be a lowly commoner and for why you did all this, does not matter anymore."

Ruby became enraged as she clenched her fist, "Guards, hit this woman, how dare she talk to me like that!!"

On the command of Ruby, the guards who were guarding started hitting Lilliana while she endured as she doesn't want Ruby to feel happy or win.

As Lilliana was enduring the hits, Ruby was getting annoyed, "You villainess devil!! Don't you feel pain!? Beg me now and i will spare you!!" She said as she behaved like a spoiled ill brat.

Lilliana chuckled and started laughing which terrified Ruby and the guards.

"Villainess? Pftt, you are so pitiful Ruby" Lilliana said while Ruby was annoyed.

"I'm in a higher rank than you now, don't you understand anything!!" Ruby yelled.

"Hahahahaha, Gosh! Ruby, why are you so dumb, since when have you been so delusional!"

"Just because the emperor gave you a title, your birth origin won't change, you will still be the outsider!" Lilliana said as she smirked.

Whereas Ruby was boiling in anger, she came inside and slapped Lilliana as she couldn't endure her words, on the other hand, Lilliana glared at her as the corner of her lip got bruised, even still Lilliana didn't flinch but instead glared at her with her red ruby like eyes.

Ruby trembled in fear and walked out of the prison while shuttering, "I- I will not help... you now..."

"Now it's better if you'll die, you deserve it. You were always so proud of your position now that it's mine, i will use it well" Ruby said with a serious expression and was about to leave.

Another soldier came and said to Lilliana with a bold voice, "The grand duke wants to meet you, so follow me" He said and stared at Lilliana's wounded body, he frowned in anger but kept quiet as he didn't want to interfere.

Ruby was surprised and so was Lilliana.

"I do not want to" Lilliana said and turned away, looking at the clear sky from the small window in the prison.

...How can they treat her like this, no matter what she is royalty! Sigh!...

The soldier said in his mind as he found her pitiful.

"You may miss a very good opportunity" He said again as he tried to pursue her to meet the grand duke.

"Don't you have eyes! Can't you see me right here" Ruby was annoyed as she yelled at the soldier.

Whereas the soldier ignored her and bowed to Lilliana as he said again, "If you change your mind then please contact me" He said and left while Ruby was dumbfounded.

"How dare you!! I'm a princess!!" Ruby yelled again as she followed the soldier.

Hmph..the grand duke... what kind of person is he? why does he want to meet that woman!! and not me?! Unforgivable!!

Ruby thought in her mind and was curious about the grand duke.

Meanwhile, Lilliana sighed and mumbled, "I don't want you to get involved in this mess, Cedric, so please just forget about it"

...If only i knew that she was this kind of person....if only i knew that i would face this situation...if only i could prevent my death....hah..how amusing...now everything makes sense, why the maids changed their behaviors and why the emperor never showed interest in his own daughter....

Lilliana thought as tears shimmered in her eyes.

"Mother...i really want to see you now...i really want to end this pathetic life....if i die can we meet again, will you embrace me again? would it be different if you were still alive, I miss you mom." The broken soul was tired, tired of her life, her breath.

Lilliana tried to get up but couldn't as her legs gave in, it was pathetic and pitiful at the same time.

"I'm so stupid! Why am i still waiting for my father to come here and rescue me, when he is the one who wants me dead." She said and then coughed up blood.

As she was barely breathing, time passed by and it was the day for the execution, Lilliana too gave up and wanted to end her life as soon as possible.

The soldiers came inside to take her out, they grabbed her hair firmly and pulled her out as they used force, it was painful for Lilliana but she didn't flinch.

"It's a shame that you are dying just like this, if only you were smart enough to use your body at least then probably we would have helped you escape, pft" The soldier said while pulling her towards outside as he laughed shamelessly.

"Disgusting" Lilliana said and scoffed at him which pissed him off, he grabbed her hair with a lot of strength and dragged her out like a dirt bag.

"*****! it's better if you die!" He said and brought her out.

It was too bright for Lilliana that she closed her eyes, the lights were piercing her eyes.

There were many people in the execution area, they all were yelling and shouting to kill Lilliana.

They made her stand up near the guillotine. the subject started throwing stuff at her as they yelled, "Kill her!!"

"A villainess who tried to poison her own sister!!"

"A vixen who tried to snatch away the Princess Ruby's fiance!!"

...What nonsense are they saying? Everything was supposed to mine so how am i the one who is getting all the blame, while she, she is enjoying being the victim!...

Lilliana said in her mind as she looked up at the area, where the emperor and Ruby along with the crown prince Jared were sitting comfortably, watching her.

The emperor's eyes met with Lilliana's, as they were filled with hatred.

"Poor. You!" Ruby mumbled as she looked at Lilliana with a smirk on her face.

Ruby then held the emperor's hand with a pitiful face, "Father, can i one last time talk with sister" She said as tears fell from her eyes. the emperor couldn't watch her tears, he sighed and allowed her to meet Lilliana.

Ruby thanked him and walked down as she went near Lilliana near the guillotine.

"Princess, please stay far, it's not safe to be near this devil" Ruby's knight, Sir Lart said as he was worried about Ruby.

Lilliana chuckled, annoying them all who were present near her.

"Are you worried that this devil will devour her, pftt" Lilliana said as she snickered at Ruby while she frowned in anger.

She walked towards Lilliana and pulled her hair, in a way so that the emperor wouldn't see as she blocked the view.

"Let me tell you one secret" She lowered herself as she whispered in Lilliana's ears.

"I am the emperor's child, emperor's blood, the hidden princess and the poison incident, it was not a poison, everything was planned, i planned everything, your prideful face, i wanted to crumble them and look where you are now, how embarrassing for a princess, oh but you are not a princess anymore, pftt" Ruby said as she chuckled.

Lilliana became surprised, She would have never imagined that a person can be so low and shallow.

Lilliana was furious, she banged Ruby's head with hers in anger that Ruby lost her balance and fell on the floor, enraging everyone.

"You wench!!" Ruby yelled in anger.

Lilliana's forehead became red, she chuckled and said, "Hurry!! Behead me!! Now or never!"

she yelled as she looked at the emperor.

"What are you waiting for, execute this shameless woman!!" The Emperor stood up in anger and ordered.

Without a further argument, Lilliana's head was kept on the guillotine, she closed her eyes and mumbled, "I wish i could devour this whole empire, i wish this whole empire would burn, i hope for the calamity!!"

Ruby heard her, she became terrified as Lilliana's eyes sparkled, it became more dark, dark like blood as Lilliana looked at Ruby with a piercing gaze.

She turned around and walked away while Lilliana was beheaded, her head rolled on the floor as her blood splatter-like paint on the floor.

Meanwhile~

"I'm sorry, My Lord....we couldn't help...the princess..." The soldier named Matthew, who came to meet Lilliana said to a man who was standing near the window of his office room, watching the area where the execution took place.

He clenched his fist as tears fell down from his eyes, he stumbled and collapsed on the ground, shocking Matthew.

He came near the man and squatted down as he held his shoulder.

"Prepare for a rebel!! Devour this whole empire, burn them all!! If she is not here then there is no use of this bloody empire, kill them all!!" The man said as his golden colored eyes ordered Matthew with a lot of rage filled inside him.

The man and Matthew along with many other people started the rebellion soon after a week, the emperor and his empire, everything was devasted and destroyed, the whole empire was covered in red, dead bodies were lying on the ground as the man walked towards the execution area, dragging his sword, covered in blood along with him.

He fell on the ground and cried his heart out, the sky was dark and gloomy as it started raining.

"Lilli!" He cried and cried, wanting to see his beloved.
