Stranger

Many years have passed since I saw him, his calm loving face were the first thing I see anytime I closed my eyes. I miss him, every inch of my body misses him, and I feel that he does through the bond we share. Even when we are far away from each other, but this bond we feel is strong, stronger than anything.

And I hope one day that we meet again.

" Jennie, you okay? " My friend, Janelle asked quiet concerned.

" Yeah, I am. " I rubbed my temples. " Just feeling a little headache that's all."

" Are you sure, you have been saying that for a few days now. " She rubbed my shoulder.

" I am fine. " I smiled at her. " A little memory of my past is just making me get some headaches that is all. "

" You better go for a check up, it might be something serious. " She continued to worry over me.

" Okay MOM. " I teased her. " But first, I need to finish this before our new CEO eats me. " I jokingly said.

" Yeah you are right, if you don't also finish that, you will surely get a terrifying headache. " Janelle chuckled.

I chuckled too and continued with the work that is left.

It was already late and the office was totally empty. I heaved a sign of relief when I finished the project my boss would be needing. All I had to do was to do a few things and I would be off.

At long last I was done with everything and started to pack my belongings to depart from the office.

I walked 30 minutes to the bus stop and waited, my eyes drifting into the night sky and it didn't look promising because it was covered with black heavy clouds. I sighed by the sight.

25 minutes have already passed and there is no signs of the bus. The heavy clouds started dripping from the water it held, not long and it was pouring down.

I went to stand in the middle of the stand to avoid getting wet.

The rain wasn't a strong one but it looked really serious. My body started to feel the coldness of the rain as it change the hot weather around me.The rain looked like it wouldn't stop soon and the bus seem to not come.

Suddenly a black car with tinted windows came to stop infront of the stand.

I didn't pay attention to it and continue to wait for the bus.

The door of the car opened and a man came out of it with a black umbrella.

He walked to my side with a smile.

" Good evening Miss. " He slightly bent his body.

" Um... good evening. " I responded.

" Sorry for the intrusion, but my master ask of you to join him in the car. " The man said, still smiling at me.

The first that came to my mind was trouble. I mean at this time of the night a black car with tinted windows pulls infront of you and the driver ask you to hop in for a ride. Isn't this quite strange.

I smiled back at the man. " Thank you for your kind gesture, but I'm okay waiting for the bus."

The man walked back to the car, then knocked on the window of the passenger's door. The tinted window rolled down a little, I could tell it was the man's boss but I couldn't see his face.

The man came back to my side still smiling and a I started to feel uneasy because of it.

" Sorry again miss, but my master would really like it if you joined him." He continued. " Please don't worry he won't harm you, he just wants to help you that's all. You see it is raining and it is also cold, you might catch a cold if you stay for long. And the bus wouldn't be coming anytime soon, after all is quite late."

Indeed he is right, after midnight the bus would stop passing this side. Oh, what was I thinking, how could I forget.

I looked at the man who was offering to help me, he didn't look harmful but friendly. I hesitated a little before accepted his invitation.

After all, if they try anything funny I'd surely teach them. I mean what do you expect from me when I learned self-defense.

The man lead me to other side the passenger's seat and opened the door for me. I sat down in the car and was greeted with a towel.

" Thank you. " I took it and used it to wipe my face.

" Your welcome. " His deep husky voice send chill down my spine when he spoke.

My palm started to itch and I scratched it. The car started to move on the road and my head automatically turned to watch the outside.

" What is your name, lady? " His deep voice boomed in my ears as if we sat really close to each other.

His voice alone was enough for me to shiver and feel really nervous around him.

" No need to feel nervous lady, I'm just a common man who is asking your name."

" Will... " My voice drifted away when I turned to look at him.

DAMN HE IS SO FREAKING HOT!!!!

When he said a common man in his sentence, I'm now founding it really hard to agree with him. With those looks of his, he is sure not a common one. His sharp dark eyes that can cut you with one glance, his hair were also dark just like the night and his lips..... his freaking lips... had the colour of wine.And his skin, it looked a little pale... in an attractive way.

DAMN he surely looks like the perfect art sculpture of God. Just looking at him is enough for me to go blind, his messy dark curls really is calling to me.

How can a man look this GOOD!!!!!

" Miss you alright? " The man's to die for voice pulled me back to earth.

When I realized I was drooling over him, my cheeks started to heat up.

" Lady, I guess we have reached your place. " He said smiling at me and I swear I felt blood gashed out from my nose.

" Th- th- thank you. " I said opening the door.

" Wait.." He trilled off when I went outside and got soaked in the rain.

" Shoot! " I cursed under my breath.

" My name is Jennie. " Is said then closed the door before running into the building.
