Misunderstandings

a few days passed, you joined their music club and became very close friends with them.

at school

"hey, Lenyoung, was it?" a voice came from behind. "huh?" you turned around to see who it was. "remember me? I'm in your class." the girl asked. she had long black hair with big eyes, dark eyebrows and beautiful pink lips. she also had really bright skin, which made her look more attractive. oh, she's that new girl. is she trying to be friends with me? "oh hello, .. what was it again? Mayamé?" you gave a nice friendly smile, making the girl smile back at you as well. "yeah, well.. I was hoping you could do a favour for me.."

at the music club

"omg! Hobi! guess what???" you burst into the club room, and yelled with excitement. "who? me?" Hoseok pointed at himself, looking confused. "yes you! come with me" you dragged Hoseok out of the club room, and closed the door. "what happened?" he asked with curiousity. "well, it's a bit complicated, but.. I want you to meet someone."

after a few minutes, the bell rang and it was lunch break. you dragged Hoseok near to the table where Mayame was sitting. but she was busy minding her own businesss that she didn't notice anyone.

"..wait, HER?! *that's* the transfer girl?!" "yeah, what's wrong?" both of you looked at each other. Hoseok started blushing. he covered his face, worried you would misunderstand that he was blushing at you. but surprisingly, you already knew the truth. "oh? Hobi~ your blushing? do you know her? do you like her? what happened between both of—" you got interrupted by Hoseok though, "Len stop making me nervous! °∆°"

"hm? why? ...is it cuz ..you like her~!! >w<" you pushed Hobi closer to Maya— making her notice him. they both stared at each other, but Hobi was shy and looked away. "oh, Hoseok-ah, it's been so long! how have you been?" she smiled, and pointed at the chair in front of her. he got the hint and sat down.

"oh, yeah, I'm doing good. its been a long time since we last saw each other. you changed a lot" Hoseok said nervously. "you changed a lot too! I barely recognised you" Maya added.

you looked at Hoseok from your seat, which was not very far away from his. you waved and mouthed, "is it going good?" he understood and nodded. you smiled knowing you did something that made your friend happy.

you stood up from your seat and left with your lunch to the club room, hoping that you might get an opportunity to eat with the boys.

as you opened the club room door, you let out a sigh of relief seeing that the boys were there as well. "hi guys!" you sat down on an empty seat next to Seokjin. but you didn't notice that an unknown guest was sitting in front of you.

"hey." Yoongi said quietly, avoiding eye-contact. you lifted your head up, to see who's voice it was. "huh?!" you stood up, "wh— what's he doing here?! this is *our* club room!"

"oh yeah! I forgot to tell you Len~ he's was a member— even before you joined actually." Jimin smiled awkwardly. "what?!!" I can't believe this. he was a member of this club all along and I didn't know?!

you slowly sat back down.

Yoongi had patches and bruises all over him. it looked like he had a fight with someone— a really bad fight. "he couldnt make it to school for a few days due to.. um.." Jimin stopped mid-sentence, and signalled Tae to take over. "—due to some personal reasons." Taehyung continued Jimin's sentence for him. Yoongi tried not to look at anyone, and continued eating. "well, Lenyoung.. if I'm bothersome to you, then your always welcome to slap m—" "argh, Yoongi-ah! your being like that again! stop it!" Seokjin yelled. Yoongi lowered his head and didn't dare say anything back to him.

"umm.. well, anyways! so what happened with Hoseok hyung?" Jungkook asked, trying to brighten the mood a bit. you didn't answer though. "helloww?! why did it become so quiet?" Jungkook tried his best to joke around and make everyone laugh, hoping the atmosphere would get better. but it didn't seem to work though.. "aha.. I'm sorry guys.. I ruined the mood, didn't I?" you put on a forceful smile. "I'll be going, I'm done eating" you stood up to leave, but Namjoon grabbed your hand.

"what's bothering you?" he asked. "hm.. ?" you were shocked he asked so suddenly. "nothing, I'm fine." and with that, you left the club room.

"alright, Yoon, what happened between you two?" Taehyung asked. Jimin nodded, "tell me why you both are acting weird."

"guys, really. it's nothing." said Yoongi, who still had his head lowered. "just tell us hyung." Jungkook added. "look, I don't know either. she just doesn't like me for some reason." everyone went silent. one by one, left the club room.

after school

you and Hoseok were waiting outside the school for everyone else to arrive, since all of you planned on meeting up to talk a bit at the park. "you aren't mad at Yoongi hyung, right?" Hoseok asked, since he was worried about it. "huh ..?" you looked at him in confusion. "the others told me about what happened in the club room at lunch break." he then looked at you and continued, "I don't believe them though, I don't think anything that bad happened between you and Yoon hyung." "oh yeah. I guess I was just stupid and believed false rumors about him. don't worry, nothing bad happened.." but.. I hope I didn't cause any serious issues or problems cuz of my weird behaviour against Yoongi.

"ah, anyways. tell me the details~" you looked at Hoseok, and smirked. "hm~?" "huh? wdym?" he asked. "you know what I mean— you and Mayamé!" you cried in excitement, dying for some juicy news. "well.. it went good.. we just talked since we haven't caught up on a lot of things yet." eh? what is that supposed to mean?

"what do you mean by that? do you guys know each other?"
