Discovering few secrets (Ch-5)

*Aron's Pov*

The day started as usual, I and Rick was opening our shop. "Aron what to do with Jacob? " voice of Rick was showing worries about Jacob. I was also worried about him though , he is younger than us and yet to finish his last year of secondary school .

Lately he is very irregular in going to School and spend more time here . He is very talented in making new features and new car models but he has to understand that completing standard 12 is very important and also we want him to study farther and get a good job unlike us .

Both me and Rick has studied till standard 12 after that we are now running this garage. " Hey guys what you two are talking about? " Jacob came too early today . "Speak of the devil and he doth appear" Rick told in a teasing way . " Are you calling me devil?" Jacob sounded angry, " I am speaking the truth " Rick rolled his eyes. " Come on guys now don't start fighting with this " I had enough of there fights now no more.

"Okay so now Jacob we think you should pay more attention to your school, isn't this you last year and I think you are already lacking in attendance criteria isn't it ? " I was serious about this matter " Yes I am lacking in attendance but I am studying hard at home so I won't be getting bad numbers " Jacob was looking down.

"Jacob you know the we both want you to study farther and get a good job , we both love you a lot and want to see you happy. Though I teas you sometimes but I am still your brother and will always be . We both are always with you and will protect you if one not both then for sure either of us will be with you " I can see a heartwarming smile on Rick's face and tiny droplets on the corner of Jacob's eyes . I nodded in agreement to the whole emotional speech giving by Rick.

" I love you too my brothers " Jacob came running to both of us like child and we had a heartwarming hug . It broke with a call in Rick's phone probably of his girlfriend. He went to pick it up "Hu , How! When! Where!, okay baby don't worry I will be right there" Rick sounded tence. "Sumi's friend has got in an accident she needs my help, I may not return today I will let you know so don't wait for me " Rick took his belongings and rushed toward his car .

After such emotional speech Jacob was finally convinced and went to school he also promised me that he will be regularly to school from now . I was alone in the shop, suddenly my phone ring it was Brace, he must be having any work today or else he don't call us much " Hello Aron how are you two doing? Hope everything is fine , if you all need more money don't hesitate to call me " his voice was clam . " Yes everything is fine " was the short and simple reply I gave.

" Is everything fine Brace ?" The reply he gave I was expecting it " Aron today I need to deliver some boxes to a person out of the town, so I need to have a talk with you come at my place when you are free " , " Okey Brace I will be there within few hours " he hang-up the phone. I went inside to grab a jacket.

When I was about to close the garage , I saw a boy running he is not too tall , then I noticed that his shirt is covered with dirt and has few blood spots, his mouth is also bleeding . I don't why but my heart felt sad seeing that guy like this. Then I saw that there was two more boys running behind him . I quickly ploted the incident that must have happened and run toward two boys and pulled them with there collar, they can't handle the force and fall on the ground.

"What the fu*k , who the hell are you " the one who seems to be the leader of a bullying gang spoke , " I am the one who suppose to ask this question " I told in a angry tone . Two of them stand up " This is my area so don't try something foolish " they got a little nervous and turned to go back. I don't know why but remembering the hurt make me eager to hit them hard on the face . I tried to control it but I pulled the one who spoke and gave a hard punch on his face which make him bleed and also satisfied me . "I dare if I saw you again bullying anyone and special that innocent guy I won't just punch you , it will be worse than this". They both ran away.

At first I thought of going in the direction of that little guy but I remembered that I need to go visit Brace or else he will be angry . I let out a sigh and went toward my car and started driving . Brace live in a dark alley and the neighborhood is also not good , the people there are connected with mafia , drugs dealing and many other illegal businesses. I told Brace to move out from that place but he would always give excuses.

I reached at Brace it nearly took me 45 minutes .

" Yes Brace, is there any problem? " he was busy with his phone "This time you need to be more careful with the boxes" he told in a concern voice . He then showed me the boxes "Isn't it too much this time , last time I remembered there was 4 but now there is 7" , "Yes , this time you have to deliver this to a guy directly" I usually deliver the boxes either in the door of a club or a house.

"I will give you the direction, wait" he turned back to his phone. "You will take the root of the forest " he told after sending me the destination. "Isn't it the long root , I could take the main road it will be quick and easy " I asked " No you can't , you have to avoid the police check posts and also wear a mask " I was confused with his statement. Why I need to avoid police and have to wear mask "Is it something illegal?" Instead of keeping the thought in my mind I asked him .

Brace looked angry and frustrated "Aron, aren't you asking too much question this time?" He almost yelled at me . "Sorry Brace , I won't ask anymore questions. I will do as you told" He looked satisfied with this . After carrying all the boxes to my car Brace once more reminded me to wear mask and I nodded.

I started my car and headed toward my destination, I have wear a mask as ordered by Brace and took the forest road . I looked at the boxes for once, all this years I never had the curiosity of opening the boxes I have delivered but today I don't know why but I wanted to open it today , I controlled myself. There was many weird thoughts came in my mind before reaching my destination.

Now I am in my car waiting for the person to come and take this mysterious boxes. It has been nearly half hour I am waiting ,once I thought of calling Brace but I didn't. I am in middle of a forest alone it obviously didn't scare me but suddenly the image of the boy I saw running with dirty shirt in morning came in my mind. He looked innocent and broken from inside at the same moment. He surely have a pure heart, who can ever hurt that guy I thought.

I came in present by the sound of a car which stopped in a distant of mine . A man came out from the car wearing a black coat, black jeans, black hat , black mask, black boots,black sunglass and "he also have a black gun!" WTF he has a gun , why do he need to have a gun . I was scared as hell but controlled myself.

The man came forward and I got out from the car . He asked me where is the boxes without speaking a word but with hand gesture . I also didn't spoke and showed the boxes by showing my index finger at the back sit of my car . He came forward and started to take out the boxes one by one . I kept my gaze on the gun , this man is mysterious. Should I tell this to Brace or maybe Brace is knows this .

After that man went with the boxes I returned to my car and started driving back to my house. Today I guess I have opened few secrets and got myself more curious but I know curiosity can kill the cat so I have to go slow.
