My name is Xue Xi.

My both eyes are of natural golden colour, and it shines at night like a diamond.

My homeland people think of my eyes colour as a sign of unlucky and bullied me since I was young.

My parents abandoned me in the wilderness at the age of 5.

Luckily after 1month of living as a beggar at the border.. I met an old man more like a grandfather to me.

He(the old man) provides me foods, cloths and a place to live. Though, its not the best... its a lot better than my old life.

He teaches me some basic material arts to protect myself.

After living like this for about 11years.. my master.....

~(she is talking about the old man)~

And my old life started repeating again

I thought at first that its just a word to comfort me from his departure but.... suddenly, after my master death a handsome young man appeared in front of me...

He looks wealthy. I can just tell that by just looking at the fine outfits he wear and importantly I believe that he could keep his promise.

I accepted his proposal... cause I have no way other than this. If I don't accept him I will die one day for sure in the battlefield.... yes, I grew up in a battlefield since young.

Unfortunately, when we cross the border..we got ambushed and he was(the gentleman) shot to death... I blame myself cause its because of me....because of my eyes, which possess bad luck.

After ten minutes of his death.. the rescue team arrives, just by looking at how his servants wear I have deep impression that he is very rich. They (the rescue team)walk towards me and tie up my hands with a rob....

I don't try to get free and run away cause if I do that they will think that I am the one who planned this ambushed, though I don't know how important is he to his land, I have heard that wealthy man's concubines can have his property which can last all years. So, I will just pretend as one of his concubine and see if I got a chance to grab his piece of wealth.
