Grandpapa and Attributes

While in the bloodline of Evernight, my father got a dual attribute of thunder and frost. The most common attribute on our father's side is wind, frost and the lost magic, thunder, and darkness.

The last holder of the darkness attribute is our grandfather, the former duke. And father got his thunder attribute when he was only 5 years old.

Supposedly attributes will manifest after the coming of age ceremony. But my father started manifesting his attribute before he could start training it.
