Jason caught the arrow in front of his face.
"Let me help him"Jason shouted to Jack.
"He's..He's dead…..can't you see the pool of…blood around him"Jack said to Jason pulling him away.
They all started running towards the boat.Just as they were able to see the boat,it blasted and shattered into pieces.They froze in their places,stunned.
So much of dose in such a small time was too much for all of them.Jason was fastest to come to his senses,in fact,he did not lose his senses in the first place.He,at once,decided to search the dock for something useful.
Jason ran towards dock with others behind,catching up.He stopped and started looking for something which could be of some use to them.
Erica saw the first aid box floating.She picked it up.Ryan recognized the flare gun box.He opened the box only to find the explosives wet with water and the gun was out of use condition.He threw the box back in the water in frustration.
Erica gave the box to Jason To make a good expression.Jason opened the box to find all the contents safe.He went through the contents-antheseptic bottle,some medicines,cotton,some bandages,a thread and needle and a lighter.
"A lighter….Who the f*ck keeps a lighter in first aid box Ryan?"Jason inquired.
"Well,once I was stranded on a inhabitated island and I did not knew how to burn a fire.So… .when I was rescued, I started to keep a lighter in first aid box ."Ryan justified.
Jason picked up the box and tried to locate the fault in the box. There was a small hole.Jason fixed the hole with the clay-mud.
"Here keep it safe this time.Maybe we can use it afterwards." Jason ordered giving the box to Ryan.
In the meantime,Jack and Ryan had decided to tell the truth.They told everything which they had kept secret from Jason.
"Let's get out of this island first then I'll have a good talk with you two."Jason said after listening to their truth.
It was decided to go to the factory as it was hoped that it could provide them with some transport or even better with some kind of communication device as none of their cell phones could get network. Jason decided to go through the jungle to avoid the totem but Jack devised a plan to which Jason also agreed.
