The Deadly Accident and Discharge

Her mother opened the door, her heart melted seeing her daughter open her eyes, looking at the window and muttering her favourite song, she kinda started crying but wiped her tears very fast. Olivia was sitting with her legs crossed and sitting backwards, looking out to the window.

She muttered

'I told blinds, they don't need to see me cry, cuz even if they understand, they dont understand. So then when i'm finished i'm ready to save the world...'

'On my way, right honey? You love that song, don't you?.' Inturupted her mother.

Olivia quickly turned back and tried to get up from the bed, her mother quickly went to her and held her shoulders and indicated not to stand. Olivia remained quite and a blessed little smile reflected on her face, her eyes got red and full of water, tears basically.

'Mom! Its been 4 years since I met you phisically and talked to you. Aaahaaaahaaa. Momaaaa, aaahaaahaaa.' She started crying loudly.

'Chocopie its a hospital, mentain the decorum dude.' Replied her mother as she gave her a tight hug.

'When am I getting discharged mumma?' Olivia asked eyes full of hope.

'Today, lets wait for Brian then we'll go home. And lets arrange a huge party of thousands of dollars for you. What say?' Asked her mother.

'No mom.' She said.

'Oh, why?' Asked her mother.

'Mom you know, the virus is very deadly. Its killing people within 2 hours of getting infected, in such a situation how can we throw a party? We can't risk the lives of people nor use a lot of money where the world is in need of money in the pandemic.'

Olivia explained.

'You were always smart.' Said her mom.

'Were?' Asked Olivia.

'Are I mean.' Replied her mom.

'Better.' Olivia said with a small laugh.

Minutes passed by and Olivia and her mum were continuously talking to each-other like they were best friends.

Soon it was 5 pm and Olivia's brother came to the hospital and completed all the formalites ( hospital paperwork ). He soon entered Olivia's room and shouted

'My Oily-Oily!'

'Brian! how many times have I told you, do not call me that!.' Olivia said.

'Oh its been 4 years since you told me not to call you that. Come here gimme a hug.' He said as he hugged her.

Olivia waved a bye to all the doctors and sat in the car With her mom when her brother was driving the car. Suddenly she asked

'Mom how's dad? I forgot to ask.'

Her mom was drinking water, she coughed very hard when she heard this.

'He, he is in Vegas. For a small trip.' She said.

'Vegas? Mom there's a lockdown in Vegas. After all the virus started their.'

'What mom? Dad is in Texas.' Brian said while driving the car.

'No, dad got scared of Texas after the release of Texas Chainsaw, not possible in a million years. Why do you guys have to lie like this?. I know he is positive of the virus and he is in San Deigo.' She said with irritation on her face.

Her brother suddenly loosed control from the car a soon as he heard what Olivia said. He was so confused about how on Earth does she know all this and this resulted him not paying attention. His car went out of control and started roaming in high speed. The car roamed for a few seconds and hit some cars and bikes ( it wasnt a big damage to the cars and bikes ) and then their car went and got crashed on a large tree. It was a huge scene. Olivia, Brian and mother were fine, but the accident was terrible. Hardly any scratch could have been seen on their body. It took time for them to realize that their was a huge flood that caused them the accident, afterall it was summer.

They all moved out of the car and reported the accident. This time another car came with a driver. They all sat and went home safely this time.

Olivia entered her house 4 years later. She noticed that the whole house house was renowated, except her room. She didn't have a huge reaction to it and she simply entered the room and hopped on her bed.

Her mother noticed her strange behavior and decided not to talk about it to her, as doctor told her not to .

After Dinner

Olivia straight-away went to her mother's room where her brother was also sitting.

She slammed the door and sat on the bed.

'Olivia, what happened?' Asked Brian

'Mom, Brian. Listen to me very-very carefully. You gotta believe me.' She said.

'Ofcourse we will believe you. But tell us what's the matter.' Said her mom.

'See, I didn't tell you about it earlier in the hospital because if the doctors got to know about it, they would've definately admitted me in a mental-assylum. We dont have any freaking time, all we have is a freakin week.' She said with anger.

'Okay but what is it?' Asked Brian.
