In Stephen's house.

Stephen, Kane and Felix didn't reach home.

Tring Tring 📞

Monica's phone is ringing.

She picks it up.

"Ahh. Hello Daniel" said Monica on phone.

"Hello dear" Daniel replied.

"What happened? Are you coming?".

"No. I just called you tell something" said Daniel in a bit worried tone.

"What happened? Your voice doesn't seem good".

"The thing is that...The thing is..."

Servent opened the door.

Monica hung up the call.

"Welcome back mom" screamed Kane.

"Welcome back home dear" said Monica.

"Muma we heard that you are going to London" said Felix.

"Yes children I have to go, I have got to do some urgent work" replied Monica.

"But you should have told us earlier" said Stephen.

"Yes dear" said Monica without looking at him as she was afraid to give him eye contact "By the way what difference could that have made?"

"There would have been no difference but we would have known about it earlier. We have the right to know everything muma.. "

"Yaa" said Stephen seriously "we have the right to know everything muma".

For moment everything was silent.

"Ahh... So let's have some snacks and leave" said Monica to change the subject.

"Why not? I am feeling damn hungry" said Kane.

"When don't you feel hungry?" asked Felix.

"I will not feel hungry if I will eat you" replied Kane.😂

All of them were sitting on the dinning table, eating some snacks.

"So muma, when are you coming back?" asked Stephen.

"In two days" replied Monica.

"Then that's great" said Stephen.

Now they were about leave the house.

"Maria take care of the children. Ok? I will be back in two days but still. At night Daniel may need coffee, please give to him but don't give it to the kids. Call them up early at six and if they trouble you, you just call me and I will be back.." said Monica but Maria intercepted.

"Ma'am I will take care of everything. It's not the first time you are going. Ma'am, just go and come back soon." finished Maria.

"Thanks Maria. I will be back soon" said Monica and pressed the bell for the car (There was a bell in their house which when ringed driver would bring the vehicle from garage to the front door).

At the airport.

"Where is papa?" asked Felix.

"Don't know, may be, he didn't reach still" said Monica.

"See there he is" Kane pointed at a black BMW which was coming towards them.

The car stoped and Daniel came out from the backseat.

"Sorry dear" said Daniel by hugging his wife "Busy work you know".

"Yaa it's okay. I am glad that you are here atleast now" said Monica.

"Have you taken everything. Nothing is missed out right. Charger, earphones or something" asked Daniel.

"No nothing. I had cross checked the packing list twice" replied Monica.

"Well bye then. I think it's time for the check in" said Monica.

"Ok then dear, bye" said Daniel.

"Bye children" she hugged the trio.

"Bye muma" said Kane.

"See you soon muma" said Felix.

"Get back soon muma" said Stephen.

She parted away.

After few steps, when she was close to the entrance she turned back and called "Stephen!".

Stephen and Kane went running.

"What happened muma" asked Stephen.

"Nothing much dear" she said to Stephen. "Kane can I please talk to him alone" she asked Kane.

"Hmm." Kane nodded his head with shock and amusement.

Kane walked back.

"Kane what happened?" asked Daniel.

"Don't know. She asked me go back. So, I am here" replied Kane.

"What's the matter? What is she talking alone with Stephen?" asked Kane.

Nobody replied.

"Guys stay here" said Daniel and he walked away towards Monica and Stephen.

"What happened Monica?" asked Daniel.

"Nothing I just wanted to talk to him about the phone call" replied Monica.

Stephen in his mind- "N**ow what happened are they going to tell to me? No no they are going to scold me. What should I do argue or stay still."

"Stephen the" Stephen came back from his mind "thing is that we do want to tell you something, but I think the best time would be when I will be back from this trip" said Monica.

"But muma... "

"She has said naa.. That you would know about it when she will be back" said Daniel before Stephen could ask something.

"But, can I even get any idea on what about it is" demanded Stephen.

"Child I will be back in two days we will talk about it" said Monica "and if you think Kane and Felix can know about it, then you can tell this to them also".

"I think they should also know about it" said Daniel.

"I am asking, about what?" Stephen's voice rose a bit than usual.

"Nothing dear you will get to know about it soon" said Monica "now just cool your mind down and say bye to me" said Monica.

"Muma why did you tell to me about all this now?" asked Stephen.

"So that you don't trouble your papa" said Monica "I got to know that you both had a row".

"I am really sorry for that" said Stephen.

"Don't tell sorry to me tell it to him" said Monica.

"Sorry papa... " said Stephen but Daniel interrupted.

"No no, there is nothing to be sorry of. If I were in your place, I would also have done the same thing" said Daniel.

"Then bye" said Monica.

Monica waved her hand to Kane and Felix. They waved her back.

Monica turned her back and started to me, pushing her trolley.

All of them were looking at her.
