One morning, 7:30 am, door bell rings * ring ring* 🔔

the flat door opens and Mrs Lopez comes out

Nika be quick! the guy's family must be coming soon ! *picking up the news paper and milk bottle from the ground*

*turns back and sees Nika standing in the hall* Uff! this girl 😤 I asked you to wear something else not this dress! and *sigh* look at you! is this how you get ready ?

*looking cluesless* but this is only the dress I think would fit me......I don't have anything else I like among my collection...

Aahhhh! this girl will kill me one day! wear something beautiful not baggy like these jeans and tops!

Mrs Lopez sighs and goes into Nika's room and open her almirah

She is randomly taking out clothes and checking them if they would fit Nika or not

Unfortunately, all her dresses were comfy types or baggy , not so formal or exquisite.

finally she found an appropriate dress to match her

*takes out the dress* *closes the almirah* Take this and wear it! fast! and lim help your sister! and plz put some make up on her face darling.

*gets up hurriedly from the bed* Ok ok! Sis do fast!

After 10 mins, Nika is done with her clothing and is now getting her make up done by lim

After 15 mins Nika is ready.

*Phone ringtone sound* 📳

Mr Lopez picks up the phone and starts the conversation

📱Hello, yes this is Mr Lopez. ohh yes, yes Mr Swift.......oh oh I see....... oh ok I get it

📱 Yes Mr Swift I understand , yes yes, no problem. Yes ok...ok bye...

Mr Lopez hangs up the call

The three ladies come out of Nika's room and are staring at Mr Lopez's face and waiting for his response

They said they won't be coming......

But why??? *say in dissappointment*

They said that they had options for many girls and they choose 3 of them in which our Nika was one. But the guy met one of the 3 girls before and wants to marry her..... so they are rejecting our proposal now

Both Nika and lim were standing quietly behind Mrs Lopez

All of their faces were having marks of dissappointment in them

.....Then Mr Lopez picks up a towel....seeing that Mrs Lopez says

What happened dear? why are you going to take a bath now? aren't you having a holiday?

They are not coming....so there is no use of any holiday, it's better to go to work than to waste time in the house
