Chapter 4
The night is quiet and their car is the only one driving the road. No house can be seen. There's nothing on the side of the road but tall trees. It reminds Bria of somewhere a horror movie takes place. She suddenly felt cold on that thought.
A few second later she saw someone's shadow behind a tree. A sudden feeling of fear consumes every part of her.

Hey, are you okay?(holds Bria's hand)
Bria
(looks at the man beside her) Yes, I think I'm just a little tired.
someone
Get some sleep. I'll wake you up when we get there.(smiles tenderly)
As soon as she close her eyes she felt a strong force, like something have crashed in their car. The next thing Bria knew, the car rolled down away from the road. The car stopped in an upside down position.
When she opened her eyes she saw blood. She tried to move but she couldn't. She looked at her companion and he is covered in blood. Footsteps can be heard in a distance. Bria screamed for help.
Kera
Bria! wake up! wake up!
Bria
Haah........(wakes up crying)
Kera
Here, drink this. (Hands over a glass of water)
Kera
Is it that old nightmare again?
Bria
Yes.........I don't know why.......I've not dreamt of it in a long time......why is it coming back.....that same nightmare.........the heartache I felt......I don't even know who that man in my dream is....I never saw his face in the dream, but I can feel his smile and the way he look at me.
Bria
Seeing him covered in blood makes my heart ache, and I don't even know why.
Kera
Okay calm down. (hugs Bria)
Bria
It felt so real...(sobs)
Kera
Shh....Shhh.... It's okay now. Dreams won't happen in real life.
Kera
It's still early, get some more sleep.
Bria
I don't think I could go back to sleep.
Kera
It's still pass 5. Do you wanna go for a jog?
Bria
Yeah, fresh morning air might help.
A few moments later, they have made their way in the town's park. They spent 20 minutes of jog from the house to reach there. They can see a few people in the park also for a jog.
Kera
Hey Bria, look at 3o'clock(using military directory).
Bria looked at her right. She saw a dark haired guy. As she was looking at him, he suddenly looked at their direction.
Bria
Oh my gosh, he might think I'm checking him out. It's your fault! (slap Kera's arm in a playful manner)
Kera
(Laughs) He's still looking at us.
Bria
Argh..... you're crazy. (runs faster)
Bria did not hear what Kera said next, she had bumped into something.
No, she bumped into someone. As she looked up, she saw gray eyes looking intently at her. As she backed up a little, his facial features stunned her even more. His messy hair and the sweat in his face don't even bother her. She blushed when she realize she was oogling at him.
Bria
I- I'm sorry. (Bows her head)
Bria's heart started to pump so hard it felt like it will came out of her chest
Alex
No, it's okay. No worries.
Bria
Uhmm, my apologies again sir. Please excuse us. Come on Kera.
Alex look at Bria as the two girls walk away from him.
Alex
You're back. (smiles bitterly)
