Yuri's POV
Finally, I arrived at my destination, parking my car at the parking lot of the hospital, I checked the time it was seven forty three (7:43 am), wow! I saved 2 minutes giving me 17 minutes before work begins or let me say before the time allocated to me in the appointment letter where I was told to be at the hospital by eight o' clock (8:00 am) today.
I quickly open the mini bag to rush my breakfast using the extra two minutes I saved from driving here, finishing it I wiped my mouth with the tissue I had in my car, wearing my bag, I carried my cup of coffee in my left hand and I locked my car, dashing in to the building and racing my way to the reception area I met a nurse who wasn't actually nice. "Hi good morning " I said. She raised her eyes in a condescending way which literally scanned me from my head to my waist area because that is where her scanning eyes could reach due to the presence of the reception desk between us before she answered with a " who are you? " Hmm rude much, I thought within me. Well I responded " I'm Lee Yuri, I'm a resident doctor, I applied to the Cardiology department and I just want to ask for
the directions ". Adjusting herself, she stood up properly and spoke to me in a more polite way than before, telling me the description of the directions and also giving me a map that contain detailed sections of the hospital in it. I just bowed slightly thanking her and thinking what made her reaction change just now, well not that I care anyway. I raced towards the elevator which was about to close and then I use my right feet to stop it, bending my head towards the floor and placing my right hand just a little above my knee for support so that I could catch my breath, thanking God within me that I didn't listen to
Mina who told me yester night to put on a stiletto shoe and to wear make up since it's going to be my first day, If not I'm sure I won't be able to race and catch up with the elevator, I smiled looking at my beautiful sneakers (such a life saver). I stood up and entered the elevator even though I was greeted with some frowning faces, I just bowed my head muttering a sorry, I pressed 3 which is the floor I am heading to.
Hearing a ding, the elevator door opened and I came out, I heard others coming out too and I start my search for the board with the cardiology department on it.
