why do we need to pretend whenever it hurt?
we need to pretend because we don't want our love ones or people around us worried about us.we wont want them to worry what our problems are so we need to pretend that we are ok even though we are not fine at all.
we want to see them being happy all the time not felt pity,or sad about what is happening to us,we want them to feel happiness in there eyes whenever they see us not worried eyes.
Pretend is the word that we need to do and pretending to be ok for us means to hide any problems.but we never thought that pretending is what makes our body and mind heavy whenever we want to stay positive we only think our problems more and more so that pretending is not the way that we will feeling and it's better to say or share some of your problems to your family because the only way that you can feel and they can feel is comfortable.
Pretending is not the answer to all your problems,because whenever you pretend your solution and answer is running away from you.
so the best option is to share your thoughts and problems to any of your friends or family because Pretending will cause you sadness, Loneliness, depression,and Negativity and you will always bring that problem until you become older and older.
so please don't pretend that everything is ok,but it's not
